You have to show it with models - and not only talking about! On the other hand well explained!

I'll be adding a 5th episode to the series that goes over most of the important rules with visuals (models). Until then you're going to have to put up with watching my pretty face :)

Awesome videos! My wife and I are moving back into my tiny condo so no game table for me; however, there is a great local shop like 5 minutes away. They play BA there, but I'm going to see if I can drum up some interest in BG. I can use the owners tables and endless terrain. Going to play some games solo to get the rules down and hopefully turn some people onto the game.
Thanks for all your efforts here. Really helps watching these vids after reading the rules.

Bruce Ross It sounds like you have a good foundation for getting a small group together. The rukes are pretty easy to pick up in general. The artillery ones seem to take the lingest to learn and they really aren't that hard.

Thanks Stig. They're a good set of rules but I also did these so people knew what the hell we were doing when we did the battle reports :)

Just got the rules and finished playing my first game and enjoyed this set of rules. A few questions arose which we couldn't find answers to: 1. If I'm using suppressing (area) fire at an infantry unit with some of its figures in the open and some in soft cover, what cover save does the target get. 2. Can a tank with bow and/or coaxial MG fire these with the same order as firing main gun or is that two orders? 3. How far into wood can a LOS travel before a potential target cannot be seen at all. Great set of videos by the way. I've found them very useful.

secretmitreddovetail38 1. We always play "use the worst save" as a general rule for that kibd of situation.
      2. One weapon type per order. So for one order you can fire main gun, next order mgs. You can't do both types with one order.
      3. We use 6 inch visibility in/out of woods unless youre on the edge. Then you can see it all and everyone can see you.

I'm not sure that a pinned unit that is close assaulted automatically surrenders. I can't see that in the rules. It can take casualties, and can't fight back, but I haven't seen anything about auto surrendering.

Techsaint In parentheses it say "they mostly surrender". We just interpret that as if they get assaulted and can't defend themselves they would throw their hands up to preserve their lives.
