      Din mein teen bar aadha ghanta karna hai to teen bar to kaise Khali pet rahega? Khane ke 4 ghante ke bad yah karna hai, lekin 4 ghante ke baad to bhookh lag chahti hai tab to kaise ye Pranayam Karen?

      @@skalia4910 mei din mei 2 baar karti hun. Subha mei aur raat ko sone se pehle Khali pet. Aur bahut hi itminaan se karen. Bahut hi fayde nand h . 2008 se bahut hi chronic bimari thi . Miracle ho Gaya infect medicine ne kam kam aur Deep breathing ne kamal kar diya mei 30 mints morning evening karti hun aur fir thoda rst KR ke pranayama karti hun anulom vilom.aap bhi kare jarur aaram aayega. Ramban h.

      Aap ek dum 30 mnt na kare 5-10 minutes se shuru kare aur din mei 3-4 baar kar le.
      Aur jab bhi kare apna baya hath pet pr nabhi se 1 " upur rakhe aur daya haat chest pe rakhna. Aur sans ko jab chode to muh se chode isme apni jeebh upur ke danto ke peeche laga dijiye aur jeebh ko dant se mat hatiyega aur muh ko sirf itna kholiyega jitni aap sans ko dherei dhere muh se nikaliye ga. Meine ye Google oe ja ke dekha . Aap googal pe deep breathing tipe karenge to aa jayega.God bless you

      Yah exercise Khali pet karni jaruri hai khane ke 4 ghante ke bad to kya aap din mein teen bar khane ke 4 ghante bad ka samay nikal sake? Sir ne to Khali pet wali baat kahin nahin hai Lekin yah samanya niyam hai.
