      Din mein teen bar aadha ghanta karna hai to teen bar to kaise Khali pet rahega? Khane ke 4 ghante ke bad yah karna hai, lekin 4 ghante ke baad to bhookh lag chahti hai tab to kaise ye Pranayam Karen?
