WOW!! I love every single thing you create! You paint the most magnificent paintings, and I enjoy all of your videos! Thank you for sharing! I agree about spreading color in this world; you make the world a more beautiful place! Have a happy new year Debra Lyn, stay safe and God bless you!
I love your painting style! So free, colorful and inspiring. I’m just starting to learn watercolor, but for now I just watch all of your beautiful artwork.
Been watching you since we met on a Facebook page, I recognize your style any where. SO happy you are now making $$ from your gift. This was a great idea.
Thanks so much Pink! Its been a long journey since 2018 lots of hours put into my art. Im glad you can spot my pieces easily, that makes me feel good. Thanks for watching! 💕
The titanium white ground you mentioned ….are you meaning gesso? If not could you give the name of the product you used. Please ….I just found a lampshade and want to try this…what a Wonderful idea. Thanks for sharing ….your art is wonderful and colourful
This is great! Now I can see the demo. Do you know why so many demos are coming up in phone format? That's how I found this originally, on a search for your work on RUclips (even though I am a subscriber,) and I was unable to see what you did. I love this. Thank you.
OHMYGOSH! I love this so much!! We're big thrift store shoppers, so this will def be on our list to keep an eye out for lampshades!! Thanks for the inspiration! And happy new year!!
Loving everything you do! About to do some ‘fast’ Christmas cards……but now I want to renovate a large lampshade, just WOW thanks for sharing with us. Jo in France 🇫🇷
I was at the bin store and ended up with lamp shade separated from its frame. I wanted to use it as a twist on a painting canvas in a mixed media piece. I was debating which type(s) of paint to use. This was very useful. Your final product looks great!
You gave me a GREAT idea! Wondering how inktense pencils will work on a couple of linen shades I have…I painted some cotton canvas sneakers and a linen top that I wanted to add a hummingbird..and ended up with a little butterfly too-the shirt already had some Chinese Miao embroidery..just a small floral, already on it. I’ll try it on my smaller linen shade first. THANK YOU!
I've been trying to decide whether to resin pour a lampshide,, acryic pour, decoupage and now I will consider watercolor also. I don't like plastic lined tho because they all crack over time.
Just beautiful. I have ordered the ground and wasn’t sure what I wanted to experiment with. Thank you for the wonderful instructions…this is beautiful..
Im assuming your asking what size the lamp shade is…it was about 24” wide at base. The ground was 4oz. And was applied before filming the night before.
LOL…oh i get it, I’m always running off for the next thing, I have another cool project coming up soon, make sure you to subscribe, hit the bell, and please share!
I love the colors of this and learned a lot. I found myself hoping you would hold the sage upright to the camera between stages. The overhead shot made the perspective sharp. Anyway it's beautiful.
Cheap Joe's American Journey is manufactured by DaVinci in California. Their paints are stunning and they have a company ethic that can't be beat. They support all artist
Ahhh i didn’t know that, interesting to know. The phone format that your seeing pop up is the new “shorts” that YT is promoting, its a lot like instagram. As so many people like to just watch shorts. Enjoy the videos!! 💕
This is gorgeous! I have a lampshade with a couple of spots that I was planning to replace. Not anymore! Thank you for the inspiration and goodluck with the website. Wordpress is a great option and a ton of technical people have this skill. One item I missed is whether you used spray varnish at the end.
Heres a link, its not very expensive but its a work horse. I’ve had it for years and i use it all the time and its still going strong! And I’m rough on brushes too!! Thanks for tuning in!!! amzn.to/3vsShj3
Debra... I have looked all over and I'm unable to find the oneply toilet paper. Can you please tell me exactly which store you purchased it? I sure would appreciate it.
Its up to you. I sprayed mine. It would protect it someone like a maid wiped it with a damp cloth…it would smear. Plus if it you use a spray with UV protection that will help some too.

Yeah, I will film that too, but I just found out that amazon isn’t delivering the items until Jan 6th!
Gorgeous
Thank you! Also, thanks for taking the time to comment, it mean a lot!
Amazing
Thank you!

Thanks so much for letting me know!!! 💕
Debra... I have looked all over and I'm unable to find the oneply toilet paper. Can you please tell me exactly which store you purchased it?
I sure would appreciate it.
In the US i buy mine almost any were its the Scott brand. Sometimes it might have a small quilt on it but the papers so thin it doesn’t show up.
could you seal this with the spray sealer used on other water colour work?
Im not sure what product your referring too.
I’m sure you could spray with a sealer.
Do you spray a coating?
Its up to you. I sprayed mine. It would protect it someone like a maid wiped it with a damp cloth…it would smear. Plus if it you use a spray with UV protection that will help some too.
