I hope you are feeling better now, Mike told us about you being ill, when we did the reconnecting Grantham a few weeks ago. I use a power bank when cycling mainly for my phone, as use the Mahle app to connect to my bike and record my motor data of the ride, to compare similar rides, and the GPS burns up my phone battery.
As always mate excellent content, concise to the point and useful. Can't believe you're not nearer the 100k subscription count. Most cycling channels here don't have half as good material as yours.

How funny! I have a useful purpose for my powerbank i have one connected to a powerful fan on my handlebars! USB connected i wouldnt have ridden my emtb at all the last couple of days without it its been so hot over here on the Isle of Wight I hope you feel better soon Roy!😁👍

I took an old, small power bank with me on my ride this week as I was unsure how long the Komoot app would run on my iphone while out riding. Pleased to say that I didn’t need it, but they’re so handy to have, ‘just in case’.

Is Covid always confirmed by a test nowadays?
@@vincekerrigan8300 I had some tests left over, otherwise I probably wouldn’t have bothered and been spreading it far and wide. I was due to ride with someone who suffers from COPD and it could have been disastrous had I infected him.
@@RideWithRoy That's interesting, Roy, and full marks for your consideration. I don't suppose that you felt much like riding anyway, but had you done so I don't think you need to have worried too much about infecting anybody. It was established a long time ago that the contagion time risk for Covid, was not ten days as originally bruited, but, as with flu', only two days. This was all part of the orchestrated scare mongering, designed to make people more frightened of Covid than they needed to be. Still, there you go!
