Edit : Btw I did fall again, almost injuring my right hip while trying to shielding my left lower arm cast ( radius hair fracture , the first fractute EVER , even though I alredy had the bones of a 80 y.o. aged 16 or 20 .
( Osteoporosis , T - 3.1 , - 2 8 , - 2.8 measurements from my lumbar spine/ left + right femur)
BUT as I became " fat(ter) " ten years later, my bones seemed to stengthen themselves to a point of
T - 1.7/ - 1.6 / - 1.6 which is just a mild Osteopenia!
I might have lost some again, since then for sure, as my weight dropped again during some surgeries and I was so happy....
Now I am considering myself way too fat again, but what I think of myself is a different cup of tea.
So : it's not a good idea to try to spin at a wet surface alteady injured....
But if the rythm get's too strong I can't stay still.
Or short : I am a rythm driven idiot.

1:13 It's YOU - I think. You have me focused on the lighter tones, like a counterweight complimenting the low tones voices.
I am totally not sure though ,( see the comment on Long John and the 2 voices I can't quite figure out , without " cheating" by any equipment other than my ears.)
There are 2 voices....
I haven't researched them, because I want to figure it out myself , in the group with no cheat modes. I am too dumb for this stuff anyways. 😤
