I only discovered Dimash this June 2024 I have watched hundreds of videos of his songs duets shows as well as documentaries. And of course reactors which I didny know existed either. I am so stoked I listen to him several times a day.
I adore Dimash. Everything he does is mesmerising. Each song I hear becomes my favourite. But Angel Love has eclipsed them all for me. Not because of his sublime technical expertise, but because it's simply an exquisite piece of music. The melody and arrangement are absolutely beautiful
Dimash's performance of Angel Love is the most delicate and emotional tribute to a friend lost to disease. As always it reaches so much of the soul and is left to interpretation of the listener.
They were not friends, but she was a devoted, teenage dear. She wished so strongly to go to his concert but she was too ill. The nurses wrote to Dimash and he went to visit her at the hospital. She did a strong impact on him and shortly after that, she died.

We forget how AMAZING & prolific Dimash really is until we revisit many of these performances that unfortunately have not been seared onto an official DVD release much like many artist would have done already. Dimash was a guest on The Masked Singer not a contestant. He said he was going to try to mask his voice, but the moment he walked out onto the stage the crowd started screaming his name. It didn't help that he was the only tall singer on the show. He didn't bother trying to conceal who he was.....lol

i get the same feeling everytime. the eagle taking off to me is like DImash's voice lifting my soul to soar into the heavens. it really is an other worldly feeling that's hard to retell. we dears who love dimash are bonded in this feeling that i'm sure also carries the souls of those who've gone during covid. he's just amazing at what he does. such an amazing human being, the epitome of empathy.

This song came at the right time to give us the strength to get through this dark time that has been inflicted on us worldwide. I saw an English vlogger who works as a geriatric nurse. Dimash’s music helped me get through those long and lonely 8 months I was stuck in a city apartment, knew nobody and too scared to go out for walks as there were quite a lot of people denying the reality of that awful time. I thank God for Dimash a kid whose voice many times kept me from the brink of despair to stay focused on getting through it all. I’ll always be grateful to him and thank God for giving us this angel.

Thank you guys for a great reactions to all the Dimash song selections. The last one, Angel Love, has a back story. Dimash's good friend and famed Kazakh composer Renat composed this melody a few years back while on a flight seeing the clouds. Then there was this Dear who made a wish to go to Dimash's concert, but because she was suffering stage 4 cancer and couldn't physically make it to his concert, so Dimash went to see her at her hospital bedside. She, unfortunately, had since passed, and Dimash had wanted to convey pure love, so Renat asked Kazakh poet to write the lyrics in Kazakh just for this. Dimash dedicated this song to the Dear that past away. Dimash sang the song mainly in Kazakh, but switched to Chinese in the last part for his Chinese audience. I cried each time I hear this song. Only love and respect for Dimash.
I have enjoyed ALL your Dimash videos, yet I think this one surpasses all of those. I have been obsessed with Dimash since 2020-when I worked in a grocery store FT while undergoing treatment for cancer. I couldn’t wait to leave the store so I might return home to watch even more. I feel his music helped me to overcome my challenges-including the 3-month long case of COVID I eventually beat, just saying. To say I am a Dear is the biggest understatement ever. I’m 62 now, and my enthusiasm for Dimash has not decreased. I just loved this vid for so many reasons; I am struck anew. You’re both terrific. I will watch this one over and over again. The person who invited Dimash to perform at the Tokyo Jazz Plus said that he stpotted Dimash in Turkey sometime in 2015. From that time on, he had been keeping his eyes on this kid's activities including the competition in China. When he was given the task to invite international performers to participate in the Tokyo Jazz, Dimash immediately came to his mind. An american once commented that he witnessed a kid named Dimash in a competition somewhere in Europe. He described Dimash as a kid with big teeth, skinny, and with long extremities. The moment he heard Dimash, he knew then that one day the kid will set his foot on international stage.

Dimash's good friend and famed Kazakh composer Renat composed this melody a few years back while on a flight seeing the clouds. Then there was this Dear who made a wish to go to Dimash's concert, but because she was suffering stage 4 cancer and couldn't physically make it to his concert, so Dimash went to see her at her hospital bedside. She, unfortunately, had since passed, and Dimash had wanted to convey pure love, so Renat asked Kazakh poet to write the lyrics in Kazakh just for this. Dimash dedicated this song to the Dear that past away. Dimash sang the song mainly in Kazakh, but switched to Chinese in the last part for his Chinese audience. I cried each time I hear this song. Only love and respect for Dimash.

I have enjoyed ALL your Dimash videos, yet I think this one surpasses all of those. I have been obsessed with Dimash since 2020-when I worked in a grocery store FT while undergoing treatment for cancer. I couldn’t wait to leave the store so I might return home to watch even more. I feel his music helped me to overcome my challenges-including the 3-month long case of COVID I eventually beat, just saying. To say I am a Dear is the biggest understatement ever.
I’m 62 now, and my enthusiasm for Dimash has not decreased. I just loved this vid for so many reasons; I am struck anew. You’re both terrific. I will watch this one over and over again. Thank you so very much.

The person who invited Dimash to perform at the Tokyo Jazz Plus said that he stpotted Dimash in Turkey sometime in 2015. From that time on, he had been keeping his eyes on this kid's activities including the competition in China. When he was given the task to invite international performers to participate in the Tokyo Jazz, Dimash immediately came to his mind.
An american once commented that he witnessed a kid named Dimash in a competition somewhere in Europe. He described Dimash as a kid with big teeth, skinny, and with long extremities. The moment he heard Dimash, he knew then that one day the kid will set his foot on international stage.

On January 8, 2020, Dimash traveled to China and participated in the "Classic Wings" festival (China, CCTV-1). Dimash sang the song "Thousands of miles a common dream" to the lyrics of the Chinese poet Zhang Jiuling (678-740 AD), who lived during the Tang dynasty. This means that the age of the poems is about 1300 years! The song says that the two friends are breaking up, but their friendship, despite the distance of 1000 miles, will remain strong. I don't know who the author of the music is. Maybe the music is also ancient? Dimash has a lot of voices and techniques. Dimash uses them with great skill. Dudarai is a Kazakh folk song for which Dimash made a modern arrangement. In the song A Thousand Miles and a Common Dream, the third voice is the pre-recorded voice of Dimash
