I didn't know the snow balls got smaller when you rolled them over dirt. We don't really have snow here and my pea brain didn't realize that that makes sense xD So I always messed it up
Why did the four snowmen and the bingo mini game not carry over to new horizon. It would definitely give me more motivation to build snowmen.

Because New Horizons cut several things with the expectation of “oh we’ll add them back later” and then they never did.
Seeing this makes me miss the snow people of NL so much. There's nothing wrong with NH's snowman but it gets boring very quickly once you have all the DIYs. Building the snow family was so much fun because everyone did something different AND gave you different stuff and you could get a super adorable snow family item if you managed to have all four in town together. Good days. EDIT: And you randomly got Ed (the blue horse), my favorite villager ever lol
Ed is such a good villager. I'm probably biased though because he felt like an older brother to me when I played city folk as a kid.
@@ducky_vt3982 I love that! I started playing the original AC when I was in my early 20s and when he moved in I instantly adored him. His design and personality were so much fun. He broke my heart when he moved out but I have him now both in New Leaf and Horizons.
Dag’s level of determination is unmatched. I’m always surprised at what he manages to do in such little time

I know they were called "Bees "until New Horizons, but each game has a slightly different method of catching them, with Wild World Being the most difficutl to do, IMO.

This was really fun to watch, especially since I didn’t catch this stream! It’d be cool to see more mini challenges like this.
Idea for challenge:
Try get every village photo as quick as possible (or try get every village to a 'best friend' status. This would be challenging even without getting tho photos bec youd have to kick out the right villagers every. 😁
Edit: Alecs has said to do it with just the 10 villagers on your island which is probably smarter and wont take a million years
Koramora is doing a villager photo speed run on her channel.
I’m doing this and it’s taken me over a year to get only 72 photos so… don’t think it’s super feasible.
This is just a grind of giving villagers stuff and going to Katrina, then waiting for RNG to give the photo. At max friendship it's only a 10% chance.
I could never do that because I love most of my villagers equally

I liked this challenge, I find this stuff more interesting than “All x in New Horizons”, especially with other games. Hope to see more New Leaf

Man this gives me huge nostalgia. I was 10 when I got my first new leaf AC for my DS. I played it 24/7 and even when I was supposed to sleep, got in trouble twice for it lol.

im a die hard wild world / city folk fan for its brutal nature and ngl i feel like new leaf is way too nice. but snowman bingo is ELITE and i miss it so much
Tip for ACNH: you can use the mario pipe to reach the 2nd cliff layer early
Buy 2 and place one next a cliff, you may teleport to the second layer in 2 game days :]
Though you won't be able to get back down without saving and quitting.
God, I forgot that bingo was even in the game. Man, this makes me want to replay new leaf again.

Idea for a challenge:
How fast can you collect every reaction. A majority of them come down to random chance with villagers but you also get a bunch from events such as holidays and the dj kk concert
New leaf is just gambling for kids for may reasons:
1. Snowman bingo
2. Fortune cookies
3. Island minigames rng (God dam that one fossil game still haunts me)

I played New Leaf and don't remember most of this. including the djinn in the teapot.
At first I questioned how you could do this in New Horizons, because they removed the bingo game for NO reason. But I guess you're playing the much superior Animal Crossing New Leaf. I hope you make more challenges for this game too! Like speedrunning beating every tortimer island challenge or getting every Nook shop upgrade.
