From what I can deduce, these families whose only income is social media, the husbands are pretty AWESOME too. They do a lot to give the wives the time needed to pull it off ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻
@@tracilong681 no, the husbands do NOT have outside jobs. Both Lisa and her sister from “Our Oily House” generate the family income with lots of support from husbands who are SAHD. That is not the case for all RUclipsrs.
@@tracilong681, Lisa Bass’ husband is a stay at home Dad. He does the home schooling, a lot of money saving projects and likely will pick up an odd job. Her sister’s husband is also a SAHD. It’s not the case for all RUclips women. Some are from 2 income families.
I've always loved your gravy boat being used for salt, so today I finally filled mine with salt & have it near my cooktop. Love your inspiration, Lisa, it's a joy to visit your home and get lost in the beautiful way you make everyday chores look pleasurable. It reminds me of the Bible verse, Colossians 3:23 “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord." - You most certainly do - Thank you!
Awe! Lol, I loved how little man helped his mamma. Too precious! Watching you at work at 8months pregnant, made me think of myself 20+ yrs ago with my first. I couldn't climb down from a tree at 7months pregnant and my dad had to get me down with a ladder. Lol, I was stealing my folks fruit🤣.
Lisa, everything looks just beautiful! You are definitely in "nesting" mode. I think that was my favorite part of being pregnant...that end of last trimester when you just want to work on your nest and get everything just so. Great video--thank you!
Love your kitchen, the table , the scones, the sourdough starters, etc. Everything is old fashioned & beautiful just the way I like things ! 😍 I wish you a beautiful healthy baby !! TFS !!
I can’t Believe how much energy you have and how flexible you are yet when so close to giving birth! I was Always tired and felt like “I’ve bent down and I can’t get up!” 😂 I like Your wreaths! We got a lot of mums this year too. So pretty.
Some people get more bendy when pregnant. I did with all 3 of mine but my neice and mom said they always got less bendy. It has to do with the hormones and how your body responds to them.
I just love these type of videos! Thank you for making them. I love to sit down with a cup of tea (in this case this was an autumn tea) and watch your videos. So aesthetic.
Love How your boys like to help you. Your energy is remarkable this late in your pregnancy. Getting close to your delivery date. Your scones and chili looked so good.
Lisa I love how proud you are of your home! I think having a beautiful home like your is a job in itself lol but you can see the love you have for yours and girl you are about to have that baby and I can’t wait to see what you have! Thank you for sharing with us!!! ❤️
It's amazing how you get so much done while you are so pregnant and have little ones running around...and then you actually film it all too. It inspires me to stop making excuses and just do stuff.
I had to do a double take when you called the toddler on the counter, helping with flowers, Daniel! It is inspiring to see you work in your home but also take the time to enjoy it, as well! Best to you on this home stretch of pregnancy🧚♀️🌟🤰
Preparations for the autumnal final openings of the house and then securing it against the coming winter cold is somehow a two-fold process that is so satisfying and enjoyable. Thx.
Let’s not forget her husband who takes on so much we DON’T see. I believe he is the primary homeschooler and involved in so many outside chores, besides milking and feeding animals, as well as DIY home improvements. There are SIX children. We see some of them. Do you think the others are just running around unsupervised 🤔😂🤔.
@@phyllisanngodfrey6137 Obviously no. I made the comment because she reminds me so much of my mother who also birthed SIX children. She and my father were married for 54 years prior to her passing. This life takes a huge toll on women's bodies. Men are built for manual work, they were created for it. Having multiple children and doing back breaking work runs a woman's body down. All the way down. Like I said, I hope all that she does is appreciated. Don't assume what I think or what I know.
Just realized how convenient its going to be having your bedroom on the 1st floor during postpartum. Maybe we'll get a glimpse of it then, which will be soon. How exciting! But will you get enough rest with all the 1st. Flr activity? Blessings for a beautiful delivery.
Lisa I really enjoyed your video today a mixed of different things not just cooking! I adore your beautiful dishes and taste for farm living, the porch looks so pretty and inviting. Have a cozy day!!!!
On the food - I do the same, make a lot of something and eat it as a main, change it by adding something and then in the last meal maybe making it the ‘side’. Works really effectively for the time it takes me to cook from scratch and work full time.
Clean, Beautiful, seasonal and very cozy. Love both the blue and red pattern dishes. I have my grandmother’s red transfer ware dishes but no where to display! I so need a farmhouse…
Watching these videos help me further understand and appreciate the art of homemaking! And oh that sweet baby bump - how lovely! Baby looks to have dropped! So exciting 😊
I’m a little behind on videos Lisa, watching now. I just had to stop and comment how beautiful everything looks. So very beautiful! I know I’ve probably said this before, so forgive me if I have! Your farm house reminds me SO very much of my grandmas! I think my grandmas was built in 1904. It was one of the first houses in our county! I had the very best memories of my life in that farm house. I know your children will have the same beautiful memories in your special house also 💕❤️🙏💕❤️🙏 Again I say, I’m SO excited about the baby coming! God bless you in your last days of pregnancy. I hope you get as much rest as possible.

Lovely home Lisa . Your house is a farm house which is my favorite. I had a few myself. :) The older window style is so reminiscent of my youth. The best is you at the stove with your cast iron. :) Love the old fashion ways. God bless your family.
Hoping to have even half your energy once I get past this nasty “morning sickness”! I’m 10 weeks with baby 4 and feel like a blob. Lol I want to decorate for fall so much, but for now I enjoyed watching you decorate and cook!❤️

I recently painted our carport door a similar green to your door. I never thought about it before but green is an under appreciated door color. 😂 I love your walkway. All the mums! I bought 14, they are my favorite fall flower, and 2 of our goats got out and cleaned every leaf and bloom off every plant in a matter of minutes. 🤦😂😂😂😂
Oh my gosh that porch swing and the two windows near it so reminds me of the porch on The Walton's. Lovely farmhouse and I love all your videos Lisa. I tried Thrive some time back --thanks to you and Love all their products. Their baking soda and brown sugar have been game changers for making cookies that turn out perfectly delicious/soft/chewy!
Everything looks lovely! I made your onion gravy today, from your last video. I pan fried leftover slices of pork tenderloin to have with it. I'm always meal stretching, too. I didn't have cream on hand for the gravy, so I used sour cream, and I also added a couple Tbsp. of honey mustard to it. It was very good. Thank you for the wonderful recipes! Blessings ❤
Good timing for this- will be inspiration for me today since there is a high-wind warning in New Mexico today and I was planning an “inside day.” I’ve had so many outside chores that the inside is looking a bit neglected.
