You are such a delight to watch. You give thorough instructions and you look like you really enjoy what your doing. Your method is the best I have seen for getting all the flavors mixed well within the balls. No bites of just rice in these. Thank you so much for your recipes
I'm made them right after school today for iftaar because it's Ramadan and this is perfect bc my family loves rice and my brothers love cheese. And I made it without wine and they still turned out perfect.👌👌 Definitely making these again. Thanks!
My boyfriend and I made these a couple weeks ago and not only do these last a good long while in the fridge, days later they still tasted amazing! We also tried various dips, but a classic marinara or even spaghetti sauce (if you have it lying around like we had) goes well with these arancini balls. Thanks for sharing this recipe Natasha!

I was never a huge fan of arancini , however I tried this recipe last night for something different and just loved it, great flavor and really cheesy. Thanks for the recipe .
This was a time consuming recipe but the pay off was immense. Literally one of the best dishes I have ever very cooked. Melts in your mouth and paired it with Your recipe for marinara sauce. Perfection! Thank you! My wife was blown away by the quality and taste, and now I have to make them for Christmas dinner according to her. Lol
I haven't tried this yet (just discovered it), but I expect it's going to be like the labor intensive Greek spinach pie. Pulling the excess out of the freezer, reheat, and every bit as good as the initial serving, bonus being: Insta-fabulous, on a no-cooking night.
Brilliant Natasha. And love your enthusiasm. And, and, and,,,just like me you sprinkle salt on fried food. I thought I was breaking some cuisine rule by doing so. But you confirmed my intuition...and taste!!!
Made these yesterday for my wife as part of her birthday dinner and they were a hit. All your videos are so clear and full of fun. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Hi Natasha, I made these today, but due to having celiac disease, I had to change up the recipe to fit my gluten free diet, and they looked amazing and tasted OH, so delicious. Thank you for all your recipes, I have been turning them into a gluten free meal or a dessert. My family can't even taste the difference. Thanks Again!

Hi Natasha! Thank you for the amazing recipe! I am wondering why the cheese doesn’t melt? I’ve left it long enough in the oil. Does cheese type affect that? I have low moisture mozzarella chess
Yes you can. Once arancini are fried and cool to room temperature, you can store them in the refrigerator or freezer (in a freezer safe container or ziploc bag).
Coles “local market place” usually have these in their store. Sadly if you have just the ordinary Cole’s they don’t sell them fresh, you may find them in the freezer section and woolies too
U r so pretty and your each and every recipe is just perfect I wanna meet u the best cook and best person ur voice is magic I love ur all recipes each recipe has perfection!!! Keep going on
these look sooo good !! a little bit labor intensive, but probably easier than ravioli or tortellini. we used to spend all day sunday making ravioli when i was a kid (yes, i am italian). i think i still have my grandmother's ravioli cutter somewhere. i only became aware of arancini just recently and i am dying to try it. are there other meat options from ham ? like salami or perhaps thickly sliced (cubed/diced) pancetta ?
Yup. I believe they could be frozen. 😁 (learning from a former restaurant i work ed) be sure to check the inside when cooking frozen food (they might be still frozen) ☺
