To be honesta lot of the wrestler's released during the 2020-2021 batches I can see why WWE released them, but EC3 was one of the few who I think should've been kept. He's good in the ring, can talk, has a great look, and has charisma. These days it's rare you have wrestlers who have two of those things going for them, let alone all 4
EC3 was really good and he was a missed opportunity on the main roster he could have had success like LA Knight. Personally his career declined further after post-WWE, especially with his CYN promotion. He needs to go back to TNA before it's late.
A head of creative is also the executive producer. He even liked to angrily scream into the announcers’ mics, which was a clear sign of his horrendous micromanagement style.
Gail Kim's second run in WWE was a flop her first run was so much better glad after her second run ended in 2011 she went back to TNA they used her so much better than WWE did.

He turned Flex Kavana into the "Most Electrifying Man In Sports Entertainment". He took Terra Ryzing and made him Triple H, the guy running things now. He took a generic bug guy called Mark Callaway, who was part of tag-teams in WCW, and turned him into the Undertaker, the best gimmick wrestler of all time. Shawn Michaels was part of some Rock N'Roll Express rip off tag-team before becoming one of the biggest stars of the industry. None of these guys were stars in WCW but became household names under Vince McMahon. Vince has created many stars. But he never gets credit for that. He only gets criticism for not pushing your no-name favourite to the moon.

I wouldn't say Jake the Snake was never given a chance. From W2 to W8 he featured prominently in top story lines. From Ricky Steamboat to Honky Tonk Man to Rick Rude to Andre the Giant to Ted Dibiase to Macho Man to finally Undertaker, Roberts was always in high stakes rivalries. Championships are ultimately just props. Jake was the type of personality that didn't need it. He had Damien. There's a law of diminishing returns. Some wrestlers have a mystique, like Brock Lesner or the Undertaker. Jake was one of those wrestlers with a rare mystique. He had a certain prestige. But if you overplay it, the mystique wears off. After Roberts went off the rails and left the company, it may be fair to say he was never given a second chance when many others less deserving did get another shot. But in his first run with WWE, while never the top guy, he was given the chance to carve out a unique and continuously impactful position in the company.
