yellow lighting is my absolute favourite 🥺 i love how soft and gentle it is on the eyes. it’s much better than harsh artificial lighting imo. natural and yellow are my personal favs !!!

I work on night shift as a nurse and it can be so hard to shut my mind off and relax enough to fall asleep during the day, even if I’m exhausted. I also have several painful health issues that make it even tougher sometimes. This video helped me so much! Such a calm, soothing, and genuine presence. It’s very rare to find an ASMR video that can just instantly relax me without at least a little mental effort on my part, but this video did the trick perfectly so I thank you!
