Most important thing as monk: dont heal dervs or tanks during spikes or u will draw aggro and break the ball (as happen during defend forge at 2:50). Both, VoS and tanks should be able to survive on their own! You only want to heal if it went bad already and everyone has aggro or the group is about to wipe.
