This video was digitized from a reel of 8mm film with not writing on it. It did have a processed date of May 1966 stamped on the film. It appears to show U.S. Air Force personnel with the 357th TAC Fighter Squadron, which was stationed at Takhli Royal Thai Air Base in 1966.
