I don't regularly watch/listen to musical theatre, however I am a simple woman, and when I see a video thumbnail with a pretty lady in a sparkling outfit,, I click on it
i highly recommend six, it's one and a half hour of pure joy, catchy songs and pretty ladies in sparkling outfits!

LOVING the Come From Away appreciation!! I saw it live on tour on New Year's Day this year knowing almost nothing about it and walking out sobbing and wanting more! It is now probably my favorite musical, which is a pretty big deal considering I'm a huge theatre nerd XD I especially want to see it on Broadway since Rachel Tucker joined the cast, but I'm very happy watching the pro-shot these days!

One of the hardest theater decisions I ever made: figuring out where I should sit inside the theater for Natasha Pierre. So many intimate seats, but some were closer to the action than others, and also more expensive. lol
the kind of hard decisions i want to make haha but wherever you seat must be such a fun time!
@@anabyana393 haha. Yes! Every seat had at least one or two dancers physically near you, but you had to pay top price to be next to Pierre. My grandmother bought me tickets before the show premiered and I was staring at the online seating chart being like, how...what...if I sit here, will it block my view? I think I got a really good compromise between price and closeness. Lol

I sat in one of the 'pits', "stage right'/audience left' --had a wonderful spot. I was chosen by the daughter as a suitor to her father.

As an Edinburgh girl I love it! I was in a local production of the stage show it was adapted from. One of the best times I’ve ever had on stage. The audience reaction to 500 miles every night was the best. 🤘🏼

I watched a video similar to this and i was introduced to Hades Town. Best thing that’s ever happened to me.
Hadestown has messed me up. The ending has stuck with me, especially as a chronically ill person… not getting out. I cried for hours when I saw it.
For Good always hits right in the feels. I love when the actresses bleed through as well

THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT PARADE!! I literally remember seeing the performance on the Tony’s when I was suuuper young (7 or 8??) I’ve been flailing about Joshua Henry’s ‘that’s what he said’ ever since I saw that recording. Fr tho this is maybe the best compilation I’ve seen. They’re usually half Mean Girls half Beetlejuice (with some Heathers if we’re lucky). Your taste is impeccable doll 💕

Edit: the part where Katherine sings "all go" then waits quietly is so genius because it's what she did irl. At the hearing (trail I don't remember what it was) she knelt not just infront of Henry but infront of everyone, the kingdom, ambassadors, priests. And said basically what she sings in the musical "if you can legally or religiously prove why we shouldn't be married I'll go" and Henry KNEW he had no case! So he literally just sat there in enraged silence. She showed everyone what a narasstic man child he was.
THANK YOU FOR PUTTING SUNHINE ON LIETH. For me it's a musical the same way Mamma Mia is one and I WISH people talked about it more, 500 Miles is definitely one of the best partsss
