Definitely miss mine, had a 2019 with 30k exhaust and leveling kit and all. Had to get rid of her because she was burning oil bad. After multiple times in the shop trying warranty work nothing fixed it. Had to sell her couldn’t risk it, what ever they changed around the 2017-2018 time period on those motors they need to take back.
Did it always burn oil from when it was new, or did it start later? I have a 2023 with only 3k miles and so far it's been full every time I've checked it.
@@ARsAndGlocksOhMy I feel like it always burned from the beginning and gradually got worse. I’m a firm believer and checking my fluids and idc if it’s new or old always check them periodically. Started to notice 1/2 to 1 quart between oil changes which wasn’t to concerning, then it had gotten worse over time. Almost 3-3.5 quarters, So ford did a computer reflash, changed out sensors for VVT, and put a longer dipstick in and it did nothing. I was upset about the longer dipstick and told the manager that it’s probably slapping the bottom of the oil pan.
@@dannyshelton360 no problem at all man and appreciate it. Also forgot to add. You can do your gear ratio and get a tune to help gain some of that power back. I didn’t upgrade my gears but I did get a tune and that definitely felt a lot better compared to not having one.

Very bad on the Engine .. setting and rapping RPMS UP. Had 2/friends . One just built 327 heads/cam/valves Exhaust. Cranks it up. Instantly rapping it up!! I’m telling him. Knocking. Crank spun a bearing dropped valve. New motor. Blown. This one gonna start rattling. Keeps that up.

Dang yeah that sucks. I don’t blame you at all. I think the 2018s had that same issue as well. 2015-2017 didn’t though.

Yes. Anytime you lift a truck or put big wheels or tires on it it’s going to hinder the speed. Carrying more weight.
