There are so many mistakes in this video .... Most of the viewers doesn't know the basic concepts and Codal provision so they are praising video. Also with this inputs he is getting about 100 warnings and he ignored them. Maybe most of the Sections were failed there

I think pin joint they are adding for joint displacements which are related to Earthquake resistant buildings
