  • First time going snow camping at it was a success besides the filming at the end of the video!
I have filmed all this video in Manual Mode, I am still learning so is a challenge for me. In this video I accidentally turned the aperture low that's why it looks like this. I apologize for that, it is all a learning experience.
This was my first time camping in the snow and I had a success mission.
I started at Meiss Meadow Sno-Park where I set up and started split boarding up almost all the way to Meiss Meadow. I decided to stop a little before the Meadows since I have found a really cool spot to set up the tent and also was getting late. I set up camp, boiled some water and made some dinner. I had a really fun night practicing taking photos of the stars. The night was clear and not cold at all so I was able to be outside till late. Woke up the next morning to a beautiful sunrise, packed my stuff and started making my way down. I didn't ride the split board going down due to I didn't brought my helmet, there wasn't that much snow and I was solo. it was still pretty nice just to split board my way down and walked thru the last section.
Really good trip where I learnt a lot about snow camping.
I can't wait for the next adventure!
    Thank you for watching!!

Nice area. You must be out west. Not much open terrain like that in the east. Eventually you could use that as a base camp for some actual split board runs. Cool camp
