I work for the marketing department of a large auto group. I remember the day the decision was made to stop advertising on X. One of our sales reps had made a call to our marketing manager saying they'd had a complaint from management at one of our dealership's because they had seen an add for one of our vehicles directly next to a video that contained content that was extremely racist towards immigrants. A meeting was held between marketing and the board of directors and the decision was made that, until we felt the content displayed next to our adds was appropriate for our brand message, we would stop all advertisement. Over the following 12 months our sales actually increased, this doesnt mean we believe leaving X caused our sales to go up but we always pay attention to how where we advertise affects sales results. Even without all the objective things on X, this data alone is reason enough to not go back. Why would we spend extra money to extend advertising when we're on an upward trajectory? Our company isn't part of any of the organisations listed in the suit, I'm just adding a company perspective.

Just 5 years ago they all pinched their nose and bought FB ads despite not liking Zuck, the simple fact of the matter is that if the advertisements work, they will come. And Twitter has always been the worst platform for ads. And now, its a liability. Imagine Walmart spending 5 million on a X ad spend, not seeing results, then when they choose not to renew the next quarter Musk starts tweeting and they get pulled into stupid culture war bs and a boycott. First thing we need is the threat to attorneys of getting disbarred if they proceed with frivolous suits. Clients are going to be stupid sometimes. They don't know the law, and you get a lot of idiots wanting to sue for a variety of stupid reasons. The attorney is supposed to be the voice of reason here telling the client he can't sue for that and stopping the lawsuit right there.
Attorneys should know better, so if they sign their name to frivolous garbage that they know is wasting the court's time, then they better provide a really good explanation. Either they're deliberately misusing the law to bully someone smaller, or they're so incompetent as to think the lawsuit wasn't just drivel. Either way they don't belong in the legal profession.
And once attorneys won't take these stupid cases, then you fix the problem. If Elon wants to be his own attorney than so be it, but he will have to show up to court personally, and fill out the forms personally. He won't do that.

After Elon took over X (formerly Twitter) they started charging exorbitant rates for access to their advertising API and when approached for negotiation because the unplanned amount would be super problematic for our business they told us "well your competitors are paying, so you should". We didn't and decided to wait until our customers demanded access to justify the investment. States each have their own rules for appointing and removing judges. A number of states even require judges to be elected. Long story short, there are lots of ways of removing state judges, but it varies by state. Federal judges are the ones that receive lifetime appointments, but there are a number of ways of removing them, including defrocking for the reason you suggest (except for the Supremes, as it is always more difficult to remove someone at the top of the chain of authority). The issue is, making dumb judgments isn't the same as abuse of position. The Law has to investigate and prove abuse of position before action can be taken, and the AG of Texas, well... birds of a feather.

We have hate speech laws for a reason.
For the good of society, there must be laws that do ban/penalize aspects of speech.
For instance, it is your first ammendment right to yell "FIRE!" in a crowded theater. However, you will be prosecuted if you scream fire when there is none and people get hurt.
I agree that the patriot act has been and is being abused by the US, but that extends further than free speech.
No, conservative speech as a whole really isn't actively suppressed.
