  • It is important, when training, to work in all planes of movement. Otherwise, we could end up with imbalances and ultimately poor movement quality. The lunge matrix offers the opportunity to work in the sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes while practicing the lunge movement pattern, and working the legs unilaterally.
