Parliaments are spiritual places (national gate if you will) where policy/law of the land is made. I speculate that the Old parliament is probably not conducive for ED because of the way he took power, hence creating a new parliament (likely riddled with rituals) is best for his rulership, his spiritual prowess is more powerful there. Hence the rush, if a city is built around it even better. Do what you will with that info :). Politics is dark in Zim as it is worldwide.

New Parliament is out of the way ... along old Mazowe road, kumaprazi. It is in an awkward spot because they need to go round... but they will be going againsy the traffic... so it will be flowing. All the traffic will be heading to town in the mornings while they will be headed toward the Westgate residential areas and then they turn at the round about.. so traffic will be easy. Same thing when they head home until they hit their major roads then they may get into traffic. However, you right... new parliament location is in a strange position. It will only start making swnse when they start building around because atm kumaprazi.
