The story about him not being able to have his mum teach him stuff really hit home for me. I wanted my mum to teach me to crochet, knit and sew. She at least got to teach me how to make her goat milk soap before she passed away
Tommy is very talented in baking. And also, he doesn’t deserved to be judged by his size. And what’s wrong with trying new things? There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
This one hit home for me. The story that Tommy told about his mom is what got to me the most. My mom has always been the cook of the family & at parties everyone always raves about her cooking. My mom is currently battling Stage 3 Squamous Cell Lung Cancer & my biggest fear is that I'm going to lose her. I already lost my dad six years ago & my mom is all I have left. So in a way I can relate to Tommy.
I Am So Sorry. My Mom Means A Lot To Me As Well. So Many People Hate Their Parents But I Couldn’t Imagine Life Without My Mom

I remember seeing everywhere, that not just big people get body shamed. It can happen to skinny people too. Saying that they aren't skinny enough, which will cause them to have an eating disorder. Causing them to not eat so much, they would just be skin and bones. Sad world we live in, but we have to keep trying to make it better.
