I’m starting to understand exactly why I get razor burn. Screw it, I’m switching to a safety razor.

It's...Interesting, that they decided to block us seeing the results with the graphics representing the lube. I'd have liked to have seen that.

Is it just my imagination, or is the pass produced by the Proshield rougher than the pass produced by the "traditional razor"?
Not that the answer is of any lasting interest to me. I get a closer and cheaper shave from a double-edged safety razor. You couldn't give me one of these for free, i've already done my time on cassettes.

I am a grown man and discovered the traditional de razor last November. I researched alot on it on RUclips, watching the experts and bought a mild one. I gave away my remaining cartridges for Proglide. DE shaving with the platinum coated blade from Astra or Gillette or Personna are pennies and the quality is superb. No irritation, no bombs, no ingrown hairs.

@@misterlexx2721 I started using a Rapira Swedish razor with Rapira Swedish razor blades a few months ago. Aside from the occasional defective blade, that razor consistently delivers the closest shaves I've ever had, shaving daily (my beard grows fast). And you're bang on about the lack of headaches associated. Good luck to you! I've heard those Astras and Gillettes are very good.
