It's actually an extremely comfortable shirt, but now I'm kind of ashamed to wear it anywhere. Oh well, I guess it'll just be a comfy at-home shirt. Tommy did seem like a good guy, at first. This guy asking why you made it personal clearly didn't watch or listen to what you had to say, they just listened to what Tommy and others had to say and took their side rather than look into it and see what was actually going on from multiple sources. I have no desire to hold Tommy’s feet
@@pxlsicle You wouldn't have to. Tommy would have them in his footbath aka amico. 🤣
@@pxlsicle At this point, you guys have nothing to say to him and there would be no point to have him on, nor would he want to appear on the CUpodcast now anyways. However, Tommy practically stuck his feet in the fireplace with how he was acting.
It's funny, I agreed with Ian's original opinion on the Amico 100%, and I rarely agree with Ian (especially that much), which is probably why I remember it so well.
And yet Tommy and his followers turned it into a tit-for-tat mess. It's so bizarre... None of this needed to happen, but I guess that's what narcissism does to you.
Yeah. It _could have been something,_ but I've not seen such a public display of idiotic management with no impulse control & terrible PR since...2016.
So why is Tommy selling his collection?
Sorry for spamming the comments - I just want you guys to know that I am grateful for this podcast. I work nights and I look forward to the podcast every day. I look forward to longer episodes if you ever decide to do that! Thanks for being awesome guys!
“Little crackly, on there.”
Am I the only one that thought the Delta 8 ad was cringe?
I actually have an Intellivision Amico shirt, but I got it during the very beginning before all hope was lost. It happens all too frequently these days.
The good thing would be that if you wore it out, 95% of people wouldn't know what it was. However those 5% might think you're a Amico cultist if you do.
@@heisensaul5538 Such is the dilemma. I think the world has had enough of strange cults these days so I'll keep it as pajama wear just in case. lol
You could wear it ironically or get it kitted up with patches for other failed products? Maybe even slap a DJ Slope logo on it somewhere.
@@XanthinZarda That or rub the Amico part off. Want it to stay comfortable. I still love the Intellivision itself. They haven't ruined that much for me.
I was optimistic of it not seeing release, don't get me wrong it would of been great if had of got released with caveat of being in sufficient quantity to sold in retail stores however due to the lack of games on the original system i have to wonder how feasible the amico was
the amico at the end oof the day turned into the what happened with every that saw release between 1993-2009/10 both av and hdmi variants atari's failed console releases..
to the actual; point it is easier to port old arcade classics and run them on the 360/one/series x or ps2/ps3/ps4/ps5 these days than waste time in developing a dedicated console for it. 3/4's of the games that came out in the 80's no longer exists as original games companies
"SEEEEAALLED!!"
Reviewtech is still around?
I found a sealed copy of Sigma Star Saga at my local thrift store, opened and played it. No regrets!
But Ian playing the intellivision Amico will Bring back such great memories!
Ian should have let this guy know there was an option 3
@@heisensaul5538 facts!
7:20 watch pats body language what do you think when he rubs his eyes really hard I think he contemplated it for a second
I think “A Little Crackly” would make for a great slogan
I've got a question when it finally comes out and if it's awesome are you guys getting one or not ???
I gave you a like just because you played the "Seeeeeeeeeeealed" sound bite.
Salty Amico people doesn’t surprise me at all I fully stoped watching the channel John “shill” Riggs because of him shilling for the Amico with he’s boxed RFID chips that meant nothing except people spending hard earned $$ on them to end up with useless pieces of plastic in a very average game box.
Made me very angry him showing them off to he’s viewers which I’m pretty sure would have been gifted to him from he’s mate TT in lieu of him showing he’s viewers and shilling for them so they could rip more people’s $$ from them.
Lol the thumbnail got me
Anybody who makes $17 million dollars of other people's money just disappear should be under intense scrutiny. Hopefully it makes it that much harder for the next person who has intentions of making millions of dollars disappear.
who was the famous author they were talking about??
Brett Weiss I assume
Tommy went too far talking about the hair.
Love the SNES Classic in the ad.
"I was confronted by one amico supporter; only one." Well, yeah, the other two are busy doing the company's PR work.
“Tommy Can’t lose”
Very impressed with the sponsor . Yum
thank you :)
Tfs Frieza: have you ever heard of the Coleco Chameleon?
TT: n…no?
TFS Frieza: funny. I expect the same thing when i ask the next person about the Intellivision Amico
The Amico was a scám, dudes..
Ian I’ll work security for you anytime
