The only reason I clicked on this video was to hear him curse in German. I wanted to see if I understand it and how good his german is. Thank you for bleeping it and making my view and this video pointless.
It's the typical canting *PEEEP* in American TV where you can't say *PEEEEP* or *PEEEEP* even once without being censored for doing so. So much about the free speech concept.
Funny thing is, if you dont make a extra sausage out of it, it's not a big deal. People in Germany dont curse constantly every chance tehy get because they can. It's still a curse word and inappropriate at times, but nothing that needs to be censored. It's such a dumb thing
fetB "extra sausage"... LOL I remember a few years ago Eminem was at a german Late Night Show (TV Total) and started cursing in german, just because he could and knew it wouldn't get censored. It's also on RUclips.
Just4MTF It was on Raab, right. I thin ki saw that. Its probably similar to a little kid that always gets told no candy, but now he could have it all xD
When you start thinking in the language you're learning, it becomes part of your subconsciousness. And they beep words in a language that almost 100% of the people in the US don't even understand. That's quite stupid.
Deepdarkmidnight D.D.M. i'm mexican. I've been bilingual for over 20 years. I do think automatically in english and I use full sentences and expressions in english and that's something people hate specially when speaking spanish. But never ever have I dreamt in english. #weird
I´m german and english is my second language and recently I had a dream just about talking english with people the whole day and falling in the bed mentally exhausted at the end of the dream. WTF brain? I was never as brain-drained from speaking english in my normal life as I was in that dream. It was weird. Apart from that I cannot remember any fully non-german dreams (although there was one of me translating latin words (my third language and I´m incredibly shitty at it)).
No, it's quite stupid of YOU to assume that no one in the US speaks or understands German. And the network isn't going to start teaching people how to swear in other languages
@@brixperez3951 I guess it's living? I speak French, German and English, learning Spanish after I gave up on Chinese and never lived elsewhere for more than a few months so I think it is probably related to that as well.
Maybe because you are ignorant and think it's not necessary talking about it, do you realize there's outside in the world very educated lot languages peaking people looks like his father was diplomatic educated people and for you to understand is very hard to understand, what's you or your parents professions ???????????????????
I live in Germany. I hear german teenagers always curse in german...like the german version of f*ck you or son of a b*tch. I live right next to a school and it's always very noisy.
osea.. estamos orgullosos de el y tal.. pero no hay q decir esa frase a cada rato... no veo a españoles comentando arriba España en cada video de Antonio bandera por ejemplo
It's a really nice feeling for us who've seen the develop of his career through out all these years, since being a local TV novel actor to be co starring a movie with freaking Matthew McConaughey who is one of the best actors out there right now, really a dream come true to him for sure. Grande Edgar!!! Dejando en alto nuestro país.
He doesn't like it because he is not used to it, it's sound strange for him. The exact same thing happened to me when I move there from Venezuela, we are used to Latin American accent and when we hear it in Spanish accent we are like: WTF is that??! But later you get used to it and it doesn't matter anymore #lovehim #proudVenezuela
He did a great portrayal of Mano de Piedra Duran, the panamanian boxer, since then I am in absolute love and in no doubt of his acting skills! Orgullosa de este gran actor Latino! Bendiciones hermano!
Habla cinco idiomas!! No sabía eso. Y yo tengo años tratando de aprender inglés lo suficiente como para ver entrevistas como estás sin subtitulos! Este man es toda inspiración..
Honestly. I've yet to hear a voice actor from Spain that I like. They all sound very fake to me. Like he says, the ones from Latin America are much better.
We do speak the same languages and we both are from Venezuela! I understand exactly what do you mean about dreaming in another languages and the way your own voice sounds while speaking certain language. I do speak a Swiss German dialect too. Proud of you! You're so good looking and elegant!
Indeed, France/Germany/Spain (etc) have, for example, 'a French/German/Spanish Robert DeNiro' or 'a French/German/Spanish Al Pacino', i.e. guys that have dubbed their Hollywood equivalent for their entire careers. It only starts getting awkward or weird when a dub actor dies sooner than the real/original actor. Imagine, as a French guy, suddenly hearing someone else dub your favourite actor after 40-odd years. That's why dubbing is a bad idea. Let's ban it from the industry. Hurrah for subtitles.
wow great 'murica censoring german now. wow. I wanted to see and actually HEAR if and in what dialekt he swears but no thanks to you, just awesome, really.
I know some regular words, & 2 or 3 bad words. You don't have to know German if you go to West Germany though, there is American military there. I was there briefly a long time ago
Somebody in Spain just lost his job... Thanks Edgar. Your not liking your voice actor will surely cost him his job. Exactly what happened when Jennifer Lawrence said she didn’t like her voice actor in Spain, the lady got fired and they chose another one.
I met him, kind of, in 2014, walking off the manifestations in Centro Plaza. He was walking with said friend, tall, long brown hair. Yeah, and a cousin of mine was at the time "friends" with his father.
I was kind of shocked that Jimmy didn't know that if an actor has one voice actor that that one stays with them. It's highly unlikely for them to change since people feel familiar with that voice correlated with the actor since the real actors don't change their real voices after one movie or series either. For anyone out there (probably american) wondering: It can be quite confusing though with voice actors. In Germany for example, Emma Watson, Selena Gomez and Anna Kendrick all have the same voice actor. Therefore it can be quite confusing when you watch Harry Potter, Wizards of the Waverly Place or Twilight (in Pitch Perfect Anna Kendrick got a new voice, also a weird thing when the said actor always had the same voice then it suddenly changes in a movie)
I clicked because I was born in Germany and raised there although I am Croatian and it is my second language and was kind of excited to hear his cursing. BTW Jimmy German isn't the best cursing language..... Try it with croatian and other slavic languages.... Spanish as far I know is awesome too. German is very similar to English.... English cursing isn't great either.... at least it isn't satisfying xD
German speaker here..if PEEP is the worst German curse he learnt, then he needs to come round to my house around Christmas :P :P :P seriously though...I was so looking forward to hear a non-German speaker insult in German thus it's so pointless to censor it..just take the video down ffs

Exactly! He probably said Scheisse, but who knows!
SAME!
yeah pretty sure he said scheiße thats just the basic word :D
swisez lololololol so true
Great job with the censoring makes this video kinda useless
He says Scheiße
right whats that mean
It's the typical canting *PEEEP* in American TV where you can't say *PEEEEP* or *PEEEEP* even once without being censored for doing so. So much about the free speech concept.
Croc scheiße=Shit
Leck mich am arsch= (Word by word)lick my ass
Scheisse
it's weird that they censored it... on german TV you can curse as much as you want
cool! I now want to move to Germany😂
Funny thing is, if you dont make a extra sausage out of it, it's not a big deal. People in Germany dont curse constantly every chance tehy get because they can. It's still a curse word and inappropriate at times, but nothing that needs to be censored. It's such a dumb thing

That's odd, I have dreamt in the 3 languages that I speak.

Fun Fact: Christoph Waltz dubs himself in the german version of his movies.
i think even french too
RedVIII Jodie Foster also dubs herself in french.
RedVIII - Awesome. 😁
Marika Ponton herself?! Himself*
I think Til Schweiger does the same with his american roles ;)
damn, this guy is so attractive!
diana gladkova indeed 😍

And him knowing so many languages makes him even hotter
A venezuelan guy baby haha!
This is ridiculous America, why even bother talking about it
Think of the children!!!!

Rodrigo Colina. Ay sí, qué ladilla, cada vez que un venezolano es reconocido afuera ponen la estúpida frase... Ya dejen el complejo de inferioridad.
I LOVE EDGAR
We, Venezuelans, are so proud of Edgar!
He said "Scheiße"
Tuddec if youre a strong woman, you dont need permission
He honestly could play the live action human version of Shrek lol He is so handsome.

Que orgullo mi pana. Viva Venezuela
God Bless you Edagr Ramirez, Venezuela is so proud of you my boy, keep you great work #VenezuelaLibre
Hands of Stone and Deliver Us From Evil, this guy is a badass actor
I will always be in love with this guy
he looks like the love child of John Mayer and Billy Eichner
And that day someone in Sapain lost his job.
Didnt know there were jobs in Spain
He's not from Spain
But the guy who dubbs him is
HAHAHAHAHAHHA
why the hell do they bleep a german word? scheiße!

TALENTED, BEAUTIFUL, HILARIOUS, SPECTACULAR, NEVER DONE BEFORE, INTELLECTUAL EDGAR RAMIREZ, VENEZUELA!!😍
I find cursing in one language to be plenty, so long as I do it loud enough, and the church is relatively small.
wow hello attractive man
Edgar Ramirez *beeps* in german.
Edgar = GOLD ♥
Most people in Europe speak at least 2 languages a lot speak more than two. The UK is the only place that really sticks to one.

Mexican dubbing is one of the best.

Orgullo venezolano de aquí a la luna mil veces! Goooosh, he's amazingggg!
Y si!
He is so handsome
Im so proud to be Venezuelan.
I want marry with him
Speaking as a German: "Peeeeeeep" is NOT a German swear word, not even a word.
Venezuelan pride
This actor is actually quite handsome and younger than I thought. His role as Versace was what made me look him up.
Nuestro Edgar!! 💕
Edgar Ramirez is damn smart.
He is from Venezuela.
I like your body
The FCC is afraid of cursing and sex/nudity. A person getting shot on a morning show on local TV? Eh, rated TV PG.
"the one in Spain is definitely not" JAJAJAJA

This guy sound venezuelan, Peruvian or mexican but idk where Cus I don't know him. He seems nice tho
aR0ttenBANANA96 he's venezuelan
Yes, you got it right, he's Venezuelan.
Yes brooooo Venezuelan man
The first German curse word I ever heard was "arschloch".
Oh i love 😍 this guy so much! 😊 So manly and handsome
Somebody in Spain just lost his job... Thanks Edgar. Your not liking your voice actor will surely cost him his job. Exactly what happened when Jennifer Lawrence said she didn’t like her voice actor in Spain, the lady got fired and they chose another one.

awwww i actually like his voice in spain
Oh America. In Germany, where the people would understand, what he is saying, this wouldn't be bleeped.
Don't worry, you wont be dubbed in Scandinavia. We only dub children movies/shows :-)
Lol poor Edgar didn’t clue in fast enough on Jimmy’s joke about also dubbing his movies in other languages

Someone from Spain disliked this video for sure!!
No way :)
I tend to curse in Spanish, especially during soccer games :)
...and I dream about him in every language
Guys maybe they bleeped it because the word was 'shite' so just think before u start to immediately comment negatively
I didn't know he grew up in Austria, wow!
Should be titled edgar ramirez *bleep* in german lol
German perfect for cursing? This guy hasn't heard an angry Spaniard in his life...
I specifically said "Spaniard", didn't I? Don't compare how people speak Spanish in South America with how people speak it in Spain, please.
Most South American Spanish sounds too mellow to me. European Spanish sounds drier and more aggressive, in my ears at lest.
Lord Baktor you're wrong
Yeah, sure. Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one.
Or someone from Croatia hahahhahah We have whole curse sentences xD
AUSTRIA!!!! MY HOME COUNTRY!!! 😍😍😍
I'm Austrian and rarely curse in german. I try not to in general but if I do, it's mostly in english.
venezuelaaa 🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪

Great, now we *peep* a lot about *peep* in *peep* .

wowww you just had to beep it out
