I had a quick run down on him, he’s one of stranger’s best copies, which was stronger than the void room. He used to be indigo’s teacher, who broke “the chains of time” (a pretty vague metaphor) and and freed indigo and ancients. He has also taught them about the 12 cities in the void and their energies (bloom, void, oblivion and so on). He’d scale somewhere below proximus, stranger and shadow.

I guess it has something to do with Historical Importance Index, it also closely resembles the world where stranger was the ruler (epilogue). It is also filled with paradoxes (caused by stranger’s clones). From bolo, we come to know these clones are created due to paradoxes caused by time jumps, and stranger seems to have a lot of clones in this absolute future, which is why indigo says “stranger draws power from the future”. She also states that they can keep neutralising more paradoxes, which weakens both stranger and the absolute future (this one makes me think liberator could actually be stronger than stranger). But ultimately, I’m curious as to why this would grant him uni+ tier and possibly non duality.
