No, it is Tarja Turunen, the original singer in Nightwish. They had 3 diffrent ones, Floor is the current. Both Tarja and Floor are great, in my opinion.
Poor Annette. She was a good singer, and would have been perfectly fine in any other band, but compared to Tarja and Floor...yeah, definitely the odd one out.

This is not Floor Jansen, Nightwish has had a total of three lead vocalists, the first lead singer which is the one you see here is Tarja Turunen, second lead singer was Anette Olzon and third and current is Floor Jansen.

That's Tarja the original lead singer. Floor is there a current singer and as close to 6 in taller than Tarja. Floor is technically a giant on stage because most of the videos you've watched she's wearing 4-in heels.

Marko, who sings the Phantom part, is the star of this show. If you have reacted to some Nightwish with Floor Jansen, you would know that this is not Floor Jansen.
He hasn’t listened to to nightwish in years, even though I tried to get him to listen to a few things, lol. This is the result, lol. He doesn’t remember what floor looks or sounds like anymore. Just that she is great! Ha ha.

FLOOR's Voice is Brighter. Also Floor uses DIFFERENT Styles (and Technique) in her approach to Singing. In one song...Floor can Rock, Growl, sing with an Ethereal sound, Belt, Long notes and sing Operatic....
Tarja is limited to Operetic singing with her throaty, warbling vibrato---she gave each song the SAME feel.... When FLOOR joined the group, in many ways she put Her own Artistic stamp on Nightwish songs giving them new energy. And, of course, with FLOOR, Nightwish rose to a new level of world-wide popularity and fame.💯
Great reaction. Now you saw a little peak why Marko is the most respected of Nightwish's singers. The other singer was Tarja Turunen, during which the band became the most popular symphonic heavy band.
After Tarja, Anette Olzon sang on two albums. The records are definitely Nighwish's best studio albums, but Anette's strength was definitely not live performances - to put it nicely. Still, absolute studio gems from that time, Ghost River, Master Passion Greed, etc.

Facts 💯👍 unfortunately not many get it and that's fine, clearly they don't know the history, and that Tarja's voice took Tuomas to create the music that others sing and everyone loves and the direction the band went otherwise Nightwish wouldn't have been born nor existed, so yes that's Facts and sorry for everyone who has a hard time accepting it. But hey whatever makes them happy with the bubble they are in, one thing I never understood is why someone would watch an artist they don't like, I wouldn't and find that very odd 🤔I suggest a lot to those who don't know the history to go back and learn, Tuomas explains Tarja's talent and presence and how Nightwish was born, also considering Tarja and Emppu were part owners. I always see your comment and it's good to see someone knows the history of this band and appreciates Tarja who started it all for other singers, otherwise, they wouldn't be here. Floor doesn't have that kind of ability when she's in her classical voice. Her strength lies in her belt/chest voice
Wrong. And Floor can do what Tarja does. BUT...Tarja CAN'T do what Floor does.💯 Tarja is a one trick pony.
@user-kf8wb2cq4f Floor's head voice is weak, she cuts all her power to hit a high notes, thinning and hollowing out her sound. In her chest voice she is very powerful.
Calling Tarja a one trick poney is silly as She has a very powerful head and chest voice and can actually sing in Mediterranean-middle eastern styles. There's a reason, they had to change the Siren when Floor sings it.
