- The Department of Atrocities welcomes two of its newest members - The Archivist and The Scientist into "The Crypt" an underground research facility and safe haven that houses THE EMISSARIES. The Emissaries Files begins. This episode was mainly an introduction to the design and aesthetic of the series overall. This was also my first analog horror edited on Premiere Pro so it was also testing grounds of what I could possibly do in the future, etc. Still learning here and there but it was fun making this one. It's not as creepy or unnerving as some of my other stuff but like I said it's mainly an introduction. The series will be darker from here on out. Hope you guys enjoy! 🍊
Feel like it worked really well, the subtle AI animation of faces works well to make the screen not all static but also allows it (In this instance) to mostly function as an audio horror story with images, such as those old golden books with the vinyl records, I know there is not much diagenetic reason for the typical degraded recording that is normal with analog horror, but I feel that it really works and am highly excited for this series.
Wow! I must say this was an intriguingly compelling and eerie video. I thought the characters were undoubtedly terrific in their engagement with each other and the low vibrating sounds throughout the video added a superb amount of tension to it. Well done brother! 👏🏾
Interesting concept! Really enjoyed watching this. The voice actors were outstanding, and I love the use of AI facial animations for the characters! Loved the COD JFK reference. Really feel like the headquarters could use a few extra security guards though :D

That was great!! I loved the eerie mess and suspense in this movie also mainly because we followed the new people, which gives you a fish out of water approach and makes you relate to them more. You nailed how they would react to such a place and the department of atrocities, with them questioning if anything is safe and being terrified of certain sounds. A lot of eerie shots like the creature appearing after the archivist runs away, and all those pictures of different atrocities, were they also artwork for the movie? And it’s awesome to see the connection from the gtav emissaries when it had the cliffhanger at the end, it’s cool to see how that resulted. All the voice actors did a great job as well! Great work Dom! 👍👍🎥
