2. I’m from there Caribbean and houses here don’t really have AC units, we mainly have pedestal fans in every room and we get by well. So that’s a recommendation if you’re still considering that lovely home.

I’m from Santa Barbara and we don’t have ac in our house. It gets up to 90s to 100s since I’m inland. We have the portable ac unit and don’t use it too often but it’s there for when we need it. It doesn’t raise the bill too much
