I thought about camels. However, they are one of the VERY few exceptions so I felt it unnecessary to add them. Also, they are already beautifully adapted to store fat when there is very little food and go more than half a year without drinking. This scenario is basically if the indoraptor were to suddenly appear in that area.
Alteori I love your vids! Attempt No. 2 Please do a video about what would happen if Indoraptor, already a super hybrid, was hybridized with another dino, like I - Tyrannus.
About the echolocation, I believe that it was showcased in the film. Remember the scene where the Indoraptor was searching for Owen & the others? You can here it constantly tapping its toes on the floor. I believe that was not just a reference to the first film, but the Indoraptor’s method of echolocation.
That’s just… not how echolocation works. The tapping noise would radiate everywhere, it’s not precise or direct, so it wouldn’t be good for echolocation. Also, dirt can’t really be tapped on
The Dinoman well he wasn't that aggresive but since he is a prototype he doesn't show empathy to those who dare to attack him, if he live in the phrehistoric time than he would have all of those trait including empathy
I’d honestly see Ripper (Indoraptor) surviving incredibly well in an area like Hell Creek during the Late Cretaceous. Though, he would have to compete with the Dakotaraptor and the numerous species of crocodilians, pterosaurs, and other reptiles. Though, with the black hide, I’d imagine them to take on the niche of a medium-sized nocturnal predators, almost like a black leopard...
I think they would be nomadic hunters, following herds, especially the hadrosaurs, which were like the wildebeests/zebras of their day. They may have adopted hunting strategies similar to Lakota natives who hunted bison: drive herds off cliffs, likely by night if their echolocation abilities are true. With speed and coordination, they could drive dozens of animals to their deaths this way, and since Indoraptor has good climbing abilities, they could get down to the meals fairly quickly. They have the brute strength to take on megafauna, and the intelligence to exploit weaknesses. Hell, with the abilities I've seen, I wouldn't be surprised if they learned to take down sauropods as a group! It's really a matter of climbing, holding on, avoiding the tail and feet, and doing enough damage to the weak spots. Indoraptor seems to be in that sweet spot of traits and sizes to make hunting large sauropods a viable option.
Since the Cretaceous has REAL not like the InGen clones, i would say the Indoraptor would be above the ranks such as medium size Tyrannosaurs like Daspletosaurus. But if we send a pack of Indoraptors, they would dominate the hell out of the ecosystem
Very interesting alteori, how would it survive a volcano or some sort? By the way nice video keep making more interesting ones! (Thinking of ripper, he may have tried to communicate with the wild velociraptors so blue, and the velociraptors would’ve worked with them because like blue she was trained with owen in Jurassic World 1, so if blue was not trained or any velociraptors they would have teamed with ripper, but if ripper does team with them they would kill rexy or any other T-rex and maybe ripper, and the velociraptors and baby indoraptors would improve their survival skills and IQ and would be smarter until they die some way, or from extinction, alteori that is my theory for this video).
D JJ ripper comunicating with blue is actually true since in the movie he was a man made prototype and if he lives in the prehistoric times than he would have become a god made creature that may evolve to comunicate with other
@@theodorebs7512 and if it kept its other mutations it would be the ultimate hunter and if the info rex abilities become more prominent over time they would be able to camo. making them more deadly
The Indoraptor was DESIGNED FOR WAR. It was meant to fight and will fight anything that tries to get in its way. It was a little smaller than an Allosaurus, but would still be a solo hunter and kill most things in the area T-rex included. And everyone seems to forget that in Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, Indoraptor was a Prototype and wasn't nearly the perfect design. If it was, it would probably kill those like Blue and even Rexy skillfully, tactically, and without mercy. Even in prototype form, Indoraptor was still a formidable opponent. The reason many of Indoraptors traits and abilities were not utilize was cause the Environment was made them useless. I-rex used many of its traits skillfully due to him being to the tropical environment. Indoraptor was not in a Dinosaur-like habitat and had to work his way around fighting in a large ass mansion that had stairs, elevators, doors, and a random Triceratops skull. But in the Jungle, Indoraptor would been dominant. I still really enjoy your videos and think u do way better than others, so I like debunking them
Well, tbh T. rex wasn’t incredibly fast and given how some dromeosaurs could potentially take on a rex and given the indoraptor’s size and strength, I wouldn’t be surprised if they hunted like leopards, stalking prey but considering the abundance of armoured difficult to kill prey items, it wouldn’t be too hard to imagine an indoraptor sneaking up on a rex only for it to bite at its ankles to cripple it or even straight up pounce at it, and given the fact a rex can die from a fall, especially on the side, it really wouldn’t be to far of a stretch to say indoraptor would hunt rexes. After all lions have been known to hunt and kill hippos when desperate despite one bite could kill them, and considering that would take hours whereas this would take seconds to minutes, it’s really not far of a stretch to say indoraptor could hunt rexes, along with the hadrosaurs in the region as the main part of their diet, until they go extinct due to low populations however
You also didn't mention the quadrupedal/ bipedal stance. Being able to shift to a 4 legged gallop or sprint gives it the ability to go faster than bipeds of it's size and crawl through caves and underbrush more easily as well. That innovation alone might insure it didn't have to shrink down over time to find prey.
Joel Rossignol So the indoraptor was going to excavate the uterine of random hookers? I wonder if it was going engage in coitus with the removed organ in it's cage?... Interesting..
The info raptor seems to be made to live in a dense jungle where partially quadrapeds would be advantageous, it's wise is also perfect for that habitat. It just looks made to weave between trees and hide in the shadows of thick canopy but I'm either of these place it's just a weird middle groun in size that doesn't work with the competition and geographical conditions to survive.
Yes indoraptor actually did use echolocation with its sickle claw tapping the ground to find out where Owen, Claire, and Maisie. That’s how indoraptor found out where they were hiding, when the lightning flashed and the thunder roared. Watch the movie again and pay attention when Ripper looked for the three (Owen, Claire, and Maisie). When I first saw the movie I realized that instantly.
That’s just… not how echolocation works. The tapping noise would radiate everywhere, it’s not precise or direct, so it wouldn’t be good for echolocation. Also, dirt can’t really be tapped on
It's possible that when it was clicking its claw against the ground that was how it sent out an sound pulse, it would be indistinguishable from the Velociraptors claw twitch and could produce a subtle sound instead of having to produce an overt high pitch call.
A bit late but I wanted to comment on the scenario of putting him in Asia. That region of Asia was actually much wetter and greener than it is today, being productive enough to sustain Tarbosaurus, a 5 ton predator. Indoraptor would do just fine in such an environment.
I find it likely for Indoraptor to be a social species: 1. His DNA is mostly Velociraptor 2. Since Indominus was able to socialize with Raptors, it makes perfect sense that Indoraptor would do it even better 3. The only reason he didn't do it in the movie is because he didn't get the chance to, since the closest thing to it was Blue, the last raptor, that answered only Owen 4. Being intelligent for a dinosaur only enhances the ability of socialization If Indoraptor had been a species in dinosaur times, it would have definetly lived and communicated in social groups, probably with a hierarchy system too
The indoraptor can even manage to defeat the T.rex by itself . Let alone a pack of Indoraptor would be able to destroy the Tyrannosaur like a large fish attacked and eaten by Piranha.

J. Johnson the technology is out there and they could get DNA from how they made the mosasurus. Sorry u don't want to get you worked up . It is just that Kronosaurus is my favorite marine reptile. And some dinosaurs do make it out to their buyers carefully watch the ending.
Could you do a rehash on Rexy vs the Indoraptor? By judging both JP, JW, and JW:FK, do you think that Rexy would have more of a chance killing the Indoraptor
MJ Jones Indoraptor is only design to kill humans, not large creatures. If ripper died from a fall onto triceratops skull being pushed by blue, then simply rexy wins. Plus rexy has experienced fighting raptors. Indoraptor would only be doing scratch marks on rexy like The big one. Rexy even lifted a car and hold down a flying helicopter. Rexy even bit chunks of metal from a car.
I see it against the rex as more wolves vs bears, with wolves being able to take on a bear via numbers and tactics. Granted there is a much larger difference between indoraptors and a rex in terms of sheer weight, but also a much larger difference in intellect. An indo raptor is stated as being as intelligent as the roid raptors of jurrasic park, human level or above, meaning against something so large, they may well imploy pack tactics, and as you placed this in north america, they would be able to form packs along the lines of wolves due to the amount of available food. I can see packs taking down much larger dinos, with especially large packs even being able to down a rex given time. That being said, wolves as social as they are, still have lone wolves, which hunt smaller prey like what you suggested the indo raptor would do. As for the bulletproof head, a bear also has a bulletproof head (barring anything larger then .38 special), this is due to the bite force the skull has to resist whenever it bites something. Thus the indo raptor may well keep that bulletproof head as well as the bite force, however i agree they are intelligent enough to be oppertunistic, she i can see that skull changing shape to allow them to get imbetween bones for the slightest scrap of meat. In terms of scavenging that biteforce may turn into a boon to get at the marrow of bones, though given the teeth i think they would favor rocks to crush the bone open rather then biting it
What if the indoraptor was auctioned off? What would the owner do with it? Would it outsmart the owner and escape? Or would it be sent to zoo to be viewed?
Well what if the time we see ripper for the first is not when he is fully grown would he grow to more like the indominus rex size or would he only grow a little bit more?
You're missing the other predators in the areas. If it's the rex area, well, the Indoraptor would have other raptors to compete with such as the Dakotaraptor, Utahraptor, and other things.
While I'll give you that it wasn't that specifically silent or stealthy in the mansion, I'm fairly certain it had a form of Echolocation that was portrayed in the movie. After all, echolocation isn't just about screeching around like a bat, it's impressively competitive sonar ears that help animals navigate. It kept tapping that claw almost all the time and while it was taking its sweet time often and playing with them. I don't feel like he was losing track of the humans very often. Remember the scene with the elevator, he'd given up on it and started to go away, then the thing opened up again and even though they tried to not make a sound, it knew nearly instantly that they were in there.
Collage cat is the same size as Tina rex and live among other hybrid character clones I guess the character hybrids found their way into making money and provide for themselves and each other Maybe they first had to find an abandoned place and make it into their own
if they lived in south america in the late cretaceous then they would be able to rule. The top predator down there was carnotaurus, which i think we all know isn't exactly the most successful dinosaur ever. But the Indoraptor would out compete it and would be able to feed on the large saltosaurus
I think yellow actually used echolocation in the movies. Why did he roar so often! I think is roars may have been used for echolocation. He would roar to scan the area in search of threats.
Indoraptor would have been more likely to shrink in the desert envious of the velociraptor. Look at the Arabian wolf for example: While the apex of the middle eastern deserts, it is the smallest wolf subspecies of all, to require less food and produce less heat (the opposite is why the wolves in cold areas are the biggest) and even than they need to have almost everything in their territory on their diet due to the lack of food in the desert... Actually, Indoraptor would probably die if put in a desert...
Okay indominus rex while living with raptors which she can communicate with they would be a team so when it came to it being indominus vs trex it would beat the trex because of the fact theres more
Actually, dinosaurs were animals and would not fight just because. The velociraptors would not attack Ripper because velociraptors hunted prey they could actually kill, like protoceratops.
Can the indoraptor survive skull island
That would be a great idea for the next video

In terms of scavenging that biteforce may turn into a boon to get at the marrow of bones, though given the teeth i think they would favor rocks to crush the bone open rather then biting it
he basically had no sense of smell so he would have some problems.
it really depends on time period, continent, and other animals it has to compete with
What if the indoraptor was auctioned off?
What would the owner do with it?
Would it outsmart the owner and escape? Or would it be sent to zoo to be viewed?
Well what if the time we see ripper for the first is not when he is fully grown would he grow to more like the indominus rex size or would he only grow a little bit more?
T rex and Indo should hunt in teams
Wait what if it became larger like the indominus? Would it be a massive agile killer?
Why'd you say just his head was bulletproof? His whole body is bulletproof.
You're missing the other predators in the areas.
If it's the rex area, well, the Indoraptor would have other raptors to compete with such as the Dakotaraptor, Utahraptor, and other things.
If Ripper and his kind is like what you said, then they would survive even the survive the dino extinction
He would dominate cause he is damn smart
You know what killed the dinosaurs . . . the ice age
PHAN - tom well, that's a theory.
Minus Won thats how it all ends christmas rolls around and all the dinosaurs die, its anticlimactic but true
PHAN - tom
Santa killed the dinosaurs...
Minus Won he ran them over with a reindeer . . . they even made a whole song about it
Minus Won ho ho ho!
If it lived in Egypt or Africa It would have To Compete with Spinosaurus and Charcharadontosaurus...
Lit
I feel like the raptors in jp are more like a utah raptor in design. But that's just me i guess
What I have another question
What if the indoraptor is an aquatic creature
Collage cat is the same size as Tina rex and live among other hybrid character clones
I guess the character hybrids found their way into making money and provide for themselves and each other
Maybe they first had to find an abandoned place and make it into their own
Imagine if the Indo was venomous.
if they lived in south america in the late cretaceous then they would be able to rule. The top predator down there was carnotaurus, which i think we all know isn't exactly the most successful dinosaur ever. But the Indoraptor would out compete it and would be able to feed on the large saltosaurus
It did seem to ecolocate due to its toe tapping
Answer : Indoraptor would be scared of triceratops
But hunt ankylosaurus
I think yellow actually used echolocation in the movies. Why did he roar so often! I think is roars may have been used for echolocation. He would roar to scan the area in search of threats.
Shiny Gamer or it might cause people to go deaf. maybe
Indoraptor would have been more likely to shrink in the desert envious of the velociraptor.
Look at the Arabian wolf for example:
While the apex of the middle eastern deserts, it is the smallest wolf subspecies of all, to require less food and produce less heat (the opposite is why the wolves in cold areas are the biggest) and even than they need to have almost everything in their territory on their diet due to the lack of food in the desert...
Actually, Indoraptor would probably die if put in a desert...
Okay indominus rex while living with raptors which she can communicate with they would be a team so when it came to it being indominus vs trex it would beat the trex because of the fact theres more
remember that indoraptors are op for their size in jwe the only thing that can take indoraptor and survive is the i rex
I feel like the indoraptor was big and if there was more than one they would make the t rex food
Actually, dinosaurs were animals and would not fight just because. The velociraptors would not attack Ripper because velociraptors hunted prey they could actually kill, like protoceratops.
How about a battle between ripper and delta
Will the idominus survive its bigger smarter and camoflauge
By killing and outsmarting his prey
