For those who may be wondering: There was supposed to be an earlier scene in the script that depicts a gang of mercenaries mercilessly beating the Indoraptor with one of the mercs smiling before beating the hybrid. This lead to the Indoraptor to believe smiling was something you do before hurting someone.
But this version feels way more sadistic

My view on this situation has changed since then and I apologise for being a dingus due to my limited knowledge on the subject.
@Sasha Braus no thanks, too lazy.
@Sasha Braus what, I never liked my own comment though? You can’t just randomly assume things and expect them to go your way, I also don’t get why your being a douche about it anyways.
@Sasha Braus why exactly are you so pressed? Does the idea of a raptor with intelligence threaten yours? It's an animal, of course it can't get a PhD, but it displays intelligence parallel to that of human beings (from trap setting to replication of movement such as smiling). Think a little before arguing with other people on the internet
The fact that when the Indoraptor literally smiled when he moved his tail to trick him is just a amazing performance

Can we just take a moment to appreciate this guy's acting from 2:09 onward? He's a side character at most in this film, and one that's killed off half way through, yet his acting here is incredible. He just looks and sounds so terrified and hopeless and all the dude's got to work with is a guy in a green screen suit. 10/10 acting from him.

The thing that gets me the most about this scene is just how long you can hear Wheatley screaming. Most of the kills in Jurassic Park happen pretty quickly, but his just goes on and on. It's brutal.

Also Wheatley: shoots the indoraptor -- 2 to 3 times the size of a velociraptor -- twice and watches it immediately go down and somehow finds that believable
It's incredible how idiots tend to gather in such occasions:
-the guy who enters a giant raptor's cell not knowing how well his bullets will work when it comes to making it fall asleep since he never dealt with that kind of hybrid creature before
-the woman who was hiding silently but suddenly started screaming just because she saw the creature eating someone, even though she already knew it was happening as she's clearly not deaf.
-the guy who knew the code of the elevator, and who brutally pushed the woman right in front of the dinosaur although obviously the right thing to do was to AVOID baiting him with even more food.

@@user-hv4dk8ws1s meh, because only 1 would have died instead of all 4 of them.
@iamchrispaez
Actually the Indoraptor was a male, but yes he still wanted to focus on killing all the humans instead of fighting Blue
@@user-hv4dk8ws1s Hey Kokichi what are you doing here? You should be in the trial room.
well you should lock back the cage while the dinosaur was busy eating the douchebag and save everyone.
Did....it just smile?!?...
Yes😨😨
Yes
Yeah xD
@@hithere5549 . It's not stupid, it makes it both terrifying and funny. And PLEASE don't you DARE, say it is stupid and this movie is stupid, because I HATE it when people think movies that I like are dumb when they are not.

I love it how the man trying to put the teeth out from the indoraptor and the indoraptor smiles
1:32, this Indoraptor in this scene I find too funny that she was smiling while this guys’ back was turned. Hilarious.🤣
Oh my god. The indoraptor just killed Buffalo Bill and Arnim Zola.
But the worst part, is when the indoraptor is smiling, it was like he is telling to the audience: "You know what's about to happen"
Frank Lesher yep
Frank Lesher God*
yep that smile. That fukking smile
So true
Imagine him saying in Anakin's voice from the Revenge of the Sith opening scene: "This is where the fun begins."
1:34 love how it's smiles, saying I'll play with my food it's fun that way
Yeahhh 😁😁, and Indoraptor says: you will diee now
1:49 Does it seem like you???
Pumping myself up watching these for when I see the new Jurassic World today! 💕🦕🦖
Him: "I'm going to enjoy having one of your fangs as a centerpiece for my necklace."
Indoraptor: "I gonna enjoy killing you."
The visual effects in this movie were absolutely phenomenal

Absolut
The dinosaurs look more real in the first movie.
@@2jcward no the effects in this movie were far more sophisticated. The original still looks fantastic though

@@donaldsteven7592 *he, the Indoraptor was a male
The guy: open wide
Indoraptor: *bet*
A smile that could give venom a run for his money
Maybe. The bottom teeth sticking out make it more creepy.
Haunted Asylum from Korea. Demonic smiles that will make this thing look like a clown.
This scene is one of the funniest scenes to me because this shows how stupid and selfish humans can be. The dude risked his life for a tooth. Then you have a dude who pushed a woman out of the way so he could be safe when there was room on the other side. The lady is probably the stupidest person in the room because she screamed for absolutely no reason! The best part is the Indoraptor outsmarting all of them. It really shows how intelligent animals are.
TBF the woman was standing in front of the control panel for the elevator so he pushed her out of the way so he could operate it but yes the scream was ridiculous
She screamed because she was terrified. You think it's stupid, but you have no idea how you'd react in such a terrifying situation yourself. It's so easy to judge from the comfort of your armchair, but it's another thing to realize that you most likely would not the protagonist of these action films, but one of the dumb side characters panicking to your doom.
@@ShadeSlayer1911 i feel like its not that deep.... that scream was what ultimately got hem killed
@@annika803 did I... Did I say it was that deep? What I said boils down to "she screamed because she scared."
Is that deep to you?
@@ShadeSlayer1911 no the whole bit about armchair psychology felt unnecessary lol. Doubt anybodys going to scream that obviously in a situation like that, its just bad writing. For plot advancement purposes. Youre not an armchair psychologist if you point that out
What a sense of humour the animal has.... Dark humour...
1:32 the grin on the Dino face is just chilling to me
