    Great drill! This arms down work better for me than the mainstream's "pull arm" one. I have tried the "pull arm" to the rib cage and it not only ruined my drive, but inconsistent as well because it's difficult to time it correctly everytime. A no Go. Thanks, Coach.

      Yeah I don’t like players to full from the top, more allowing arms to fall 👍🏻

    Great video 👏 where you are throwing the ball down behind you as the hips rotate toward target, does this mean that the arms should work down at the same time as that initial move/ separation with the lower?

      Absolutely 👍🏻, ideally hips moving towards the target and rotating, arms falling (they will move in front of you, with rotation)

    Great video/lesson. Is it true pressure in the feet is back to 50/50 before the backswing is complete?

      Around that number in the transition from back to downswing for the many elite players. Apologies for the delayed response

    I like the idea of moving the lower body first but I think for me personally throwing the ball backwards as I start down may lead to losing my lag too early. Does that make sense or is my sequence all wrong.

      It’s more about delaying upper body rather than releasing the lag. Obviously we have to downcock our wrists in the downswing, ideally gradually. I guess tru it and see what the feel actually achieves for you. Apologies for the delayed response

    Good luck for your 99% of the golfers watching RUclips videos trying to correct or remember 2 things in a golf swing which takes about 2 seconds. I understand it but goodluck.

      It’s more like a second to impact actually 😂 However I’m suggesting people practice the moves slowly, maybe no ball to start to learn the feels, not go straight into the course and change 👍🏻
