      I ordered some face washes from FLIPKART in april 2023.On the delivery date the product was not delivered to me or to any neighbours but it showed as delivered in the app . Surprising fact is they didn't try to contact me in any way.I didn't get any call or receive a single message.In the complaint section I registered minimum of 20-30 times but there is only message that expect a call within 10 minutes but they did actually nothinggg.So I got the flipkart service centre number from browser and contact them.But after 2-3 times of my contact they only send the message that from their internal sources they confirmed the product was delivered.What the hell. They didn't even contact me on delivery day.They should investigate if the otp was verified or not and then confirm with us.

      It sounds like sound advice. I've been updating my ole Galaxy a03 core to android 12 and curiously, the battery stopped draining faster. I learned later that android 12 just deactivate 4 cores of an octacore processor when not or barely in use, making it pumping less juice from the battery, nice move from Google

    I have poco X3. I bought it on the 26th of Jan 2021 and till now it is still working great. Yes I have even installed a custom rom and even installed the recovery image and returned to the stock rom and now again I am on the custom rom. I can give you one suggestion if the problem is on software change the software. I mentioned Poco X3 because it was one of the most hyped phones on the motherboard crash or display related problems.

    My Uncle is technician he told me that issue of green line is due to voltage power supply to display. It happened after software update because Brands are throttling the phone performance to slow down or some other reasons. This lead to these line issues in display.

    I got the same issue on my galaxy s20+, I contacted the service center, so my phone was taken to the service center then they changed the display free of cost or else it would cost me around 19k. This is why I recommend buying a product from a reputed company.

    Bought Poco f5 by taking risk😂 as I wanted few features combination (light weight, beautiful display, ir blaster, 3.5mm jack, powerful processor) which was only provided in this phone so went with it. Everything is smooth so far. Will definitely not update till one month of release of any update. Thanks for the suggestion.
    And yes will prefer Amazon anyday over Flipkart. But sadly more than half of the mobile phones are in Flipkart, apart from that everything will consider buying from Amazon.

    You are absolutely right... I have 2 S20 and both were fine till software update.. when reported Samsung said it is not in warranty hence I need to pay appx 24K per phone for screen repair.. looks like this is done intentionally. SUCH A SHAME.

    Bro how is not updating a solution, instead should force local authorities to look into this issue and get it resolved , software updates are our rights as promised by companies , recently i bought a fire boltt smartwatch which was priced 2k , within two weeks screen started showing lines and display started malfunctioning so sent it to their HQ and after one month got a new watch by them , had to wait 1 full month for replacement, truly pathetic service.

    i bought realme buds air 3s from amazon instead of Flipkart because of the reason stated in the video, even though i have plus subscription of it, their policies are getting shady day after day
    edit: I've replaced my earbuds after a minor issue of lagging in a matter of 10 minutes all thanks to amazon customer service huge respect to amazon

    Old daya will never back again
    After multiple drops still good with metal dents on corner

    Got green line issue on moto edge 30 after latest update. Took to service centre and they replaced screen for free. They took 10 days to source the part though. Not going to update the phone anymore. 1:11

    I think Samsung service centers are the best for customers. I had around 6-7 Samsung phones in my life and whenever problems occur in warranty they always solve my problem by replacing parts under 1 hr.😊😊😍😍 for free of cost *{without asking reason}*
    Thats why I always prefers Samsung over these stylish and cool looking phones

    Motorola is very slow in pushing updates, received Android 13 stable update on 17th May but at least their phones don't have these kinds of problems after updating to latest security/android update.

    Thanks(also to Gyan therapy) for talking about Dizo. Around a year ago I bought a neckband from Dizo looking at Realme's goodwill.. but about a week ago I noticed the left side of the neckband (perhaps the battery compartment it is) .. it had started to open apart.. i guess the battery is swelling up. Now the warranty is upto 12june. I've been trying to reach out to them but..
    I could have claimed the warranty.. but have to buy a new one anyways.
    Baat 1500rs ki nai hai.. trust ki hai.. Neckband acha laga tha isiliye watch bhi lene ka socha tha.. but thank god tab drop kr diya tha Dizo..

    Koi bhi brand ka phone ho, device ka performance sirf aur sirf update ki wajah se kharab hota hai, mera ipad pro ios 12.5 pe ekdum smooth performance de raha tha battery health backup sab sahi tha, 2024 me maine finally youtubers aur logo ki opinions se influence hokar ios 17.5 me update kar diya, mera ipad ka performance khatam, jo jatak kabhi lag nahi hota tha wo ab lag aur jittery feel hone laga, battery backup bhi kharab ho gya aur sirf 4 mahine ke andar mera battery health 96% se gir ke 80% me aa gaya.. aur log yaha ro rahe hote hai 4 saal ka update 5 saal ka update ke liye.

    Flipkart sent me some local generic shoes in a branded box, then refused to return or replace it. After hundreds of calls with their customer teams and delivery boys for a month, finally somehow returned it.
    Gave me a lot of stress, never buying from them again.

    My friend had OnePlus 11R. His entire screen went green in 2 months. OnePlus service center told him it had liquid damage and asked him to pay for replacement.
    He had kept the phone dry, it hadn't even rained.

      @@suggest_me_a_name Don't worry, this issue happens only after accidental falls. Users never say the whole truth . I am using my 11r for more than 2 months and it is fine. Still have my 9r for more than 1.5yrs. Just use your phone carefully and it will give you best results.

    Never ever had this problem with Huawei devices. Using Huawei P40 Pro and I dropped it, display got cracked and I used it for 4 months then dropped again and green line started showing in the display.

    What a straightforward guy... Everything you said brother is true. I think because of cost cutting and not having a proper team of quality (firmware updates), they all are facing these issues. Most of the time it is just a gimmick that updates make your phones more stable and secure. It acts more of a trouble. Phone works fantastic out of the box without any updates. I'm using Narzo 30 pro 5g.

    Display gets damaged within usage period. After the update entire systems get written again hence we can see damage visible through green line

      I would suggest to install custom ROM (lots of guides on youtube), or go to service center and get the original older version of stock ROM flashed on your device. In other words, either ditch this ROM, or getting the older version of the ROM from service center. No need to spend uselessly on motherboards.

      ordered some face washes from FLIPKART in april 2023.On the delivery date the product was not delivered to me or to any neighbours but it showed as delivered in the app . Surprising fact is they didn't try to contact me in any way.I didn't get any call or receive a single message.In the complaint section I registered minimum of 20-30 times but there is only message that expect a call within 10 minutes but they did actually nothinggg.So I got the flipkart service centre number from browser and contact them.But after 2-3 times of my contact they only send the message that from their internal sources they confirmed the product was delivered.What the hell. They didn't even contact me on delivery day.They should investigate if the otp was verified or not and then confirm with us.

    My samsung s20 plus and s21 had those green and pink line issue, after two service again display got those line amd now display completely got rainbow effect then washed out to only bright, didn't update from march 21 because us and eu country published news about same issues on samsung flagships and flagships those are using samsung displays, their solution was not to update after march 2021 security update, never gonna buy samsung or oneplus as they don't cover those issues

And I have been thinking about it every time when I drop my phone , the line it goes and appears after somedays and whenever it appears I always think my jeans pocket is too tight That is why it happens but the true reason is something else.     I have 3 years old pixel 3 that was on Android 10 most of the time but few months back i reset network settings and that enabled automatic software download due to which the phone got upgraded to Android 12 overnight while i was sleeping. After few hours, a light green line appeared at the corner of the screen that became darker in next few hours. As the line was at the side so i overlooked it but after couple of days, another line appeared vertically. This time the line was pink so now had two lines on the screen. As the phone is out of warranty and old, spending thousands on the screen replacement doesn't seem worthy plus service of Google isn't that great in india so have no choice left but to use the phone as it is until its dead.

    Here I am with my Mi 11x running miui 12.5 (2021 version). Updated only once by mistake. After that disabled every auto update toggle. Except heating issue, works like new.
    I did this because I had pathetic experience with note 5 pro and realme X after updating.

    I have observed this update thing a lot, plus most of the times newer software updates purposely slow down phones and are are on purpose not optmized well trying to make the user think the phone has turned old. This scummy behaviour is why i have stopped updating my phone and turned off the auto update by wifi option, i recommend everyone to do so.

    Just want to share , I have 4 OnePlus phones (5,5t,9r and 11r) never faced any issues. So proudly using my latest 11r from last 2 months.
    P.s: Ghar ka brand tho nahi hai but will be ready to defend the OnePlus brand anyday.

      Funfact:
      The green line issue happens when phone gets accidental falls and the connection with display and hardware gets tampered. So after the Update the phone sends a massive power to all hardware parts which results in screen lines.

    Asus phones are really underrated in my opinion. Im still running my Asus 6Z from 3 years ago. Still with the same speed as the day i bought it. I have dropped it couple hundred times, fortunately, the screen hasn't cracked, or is there any issue with the screen.

    I am currently facing the same issue, I am using OnePlus 8 pro for about 3 years and since last week one pink line appeared one the display and when I visited the service centre they denied to look into the issue and told me it's because my display has cracks but I have been using my broken display for last one year and there were no issues like this earlier. It is costing me around 17000 to replace the display as it has become unusable after the line has appeared. Initially it was one pink vertical line near centre but now another white line has appeared. Don't know what to do, should I get it replaced or switch to another device

    Step 1:- avoid any phones which have Xiaomi/BBK associated with them.
    Step 2:- Don't trust tech tubers because they'll use the phone for 2 days and will go back to using their "Ultra" and "14 pro max".
    Edit:- I was wrong mere khud ke samsung m52 mein green line aa gayi. And thankfully it was in warranty or else 8k lag jate.
    I don't even know what phones to buy anymore

    Using oppo Reno 10x zoom for last 4 years.. Full three years updated and security updates received... 5x optical zoom 10x hybrid and 60x digital zoom.. 4k 60fps video...sd 855.Amoled display. No notch or pich hole.. Full screen display.. Very good camera.. Still getting 8-10hrs SOT on normal use .Will run one more year.. Only 5g missing.... Mobile world has not moved much except for 5G
