I have a customer that's from Germany and they told me when I asked them about the difference in the ingredients and they said the reason there isn't as many ingredients in the same food in Europe is they are not required to disclose all the ingredients like the FDA requires... I don't know if they are right or not just putting this info out there... I don't trust any 3 letter agency

I was disgusted to learn that SLS was an ingredient in dandruff shampoos, considering that It is used as a skin irritant to test the effectiveness of lotions and other products on irritated skin. Imagine a dandruff shampoo that kept your scalp just irritated enough that you never wanted to stop using it. That's how you get repeat business I also haven't eaten junk food in over 20 years. Never gave it to my kids either. They never once ate in a fast food restaurant (they're adults now and still don't eat at them). People criticized me constantly that I was "depriving" them. Yeah, I'm depriving them of diabetes, heart disease...I'm such a terrible Father!

Many people seem to be making the same assumptions about the supposed "safety" of products that are sold at stores. They just assume that if it's being sold, it must have already been tested and proven to be safe, but that's just NOT the case, especially nowadays. Things are full of toxic ingredients, mainly because they are cheaper to use, than the healthier, safer alternatives! Read the labels and dig deeper into what these companies use in their products. And don't buy them, if you don't know if the ingredients are safe or not! If people stop buying these products, it might just force these companies to make better quality products, that aren't harmful to us. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try.

Stopped eating Goldfish, Cheesits, Ritz crackers, Doritos etc. All cereal is highly toxic from the glyphosate in the Round up they spray on the grains while growing.
Oreo cookies have always hurt my stomach when I ate them. All Walmart bakery goods do the same thing. So I stopped buying & make my own baked goods.
I also make my own seasoning mixes like taco seasoning without the MSG! Monosodium glutamate is another "flavor enhancer" that is bad for all of us. There are side effects that make some of us sick.

I remember eating with my German relatives, in Germany. Everything was so good, fresh, & tasty. Even the bread was fresh. Not like 'fresh' bread here. It is freshly baked and awesome food. However, do not drink the water in either country. Drink wine.

As I conquer breast cancer, We have stopped buying 99% of the packed “food” we used to.
We use a half and half with nothing but cream and milk,
We bake our own breads, I make my own sauce mixes.
We don’t eat out of boxes and eat more garden food.
In the summer I put away enough for winter:
I do have one onion dip mix I use that is organic and nothing but spices.
I grow my own herbs, spices and medicinal plants for tinctures and salves/
40 lbs effortlessly melted off when we have to these food like substances.
We also do not use commercial cleaner or detergents and ditched our old hygiene products for locally artisan made and my hair quit falling out.
My husbands sugar levels have regulated and are stable now and we are living our best life.
Pretty much limits to eating much.. quit buying alot of things

The one I think is scariest without any labels at all, is our water, tap water that you wash your hands with and drink and flush the stool with, my dad used to run the water works plant for a City municipal, and I do not drink the water. Bottled water is no answer either. It seems like anything you buy on the shelf it's compromised.

My grocery cart now consists of chicken that has no hormones, no preservatives, no nothing, except chicken, and organic products only. I spend a small fortune now, but it is worth it. I go to a local FARMER who packages his own beef and buy direct from him. I asked the Customer Service representative why they won't carry more "NATURAL" products, only pure, good ingredients and stay away from the BIO ENGINEERED? He made a face and smiled and agreed with me that he himself refuses to touch or buy the BIO engineered product in the very store he works in!

Tillamook block cheese, Machengo, & Dutch Gouda are pretty safe. Make sure to read the ingredients because they are constantly changed. Only accept cheeses with animal renew in them. NOT VEGETARIAN. DEFINATELY AVOID ANYTHING GMO
