Thanks for spreading the word as well Malay. The permissions on your video are for people only working with SharePoint, but a lot of our cmdlets (I'm part of the PnP Team) also use the Graph API. Therefore, you'll need to add other permissions depending on which workload you're interacting with (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, etc...) otherwise you'll get errors for "insufficient privileges".
