Nice video! I have been having trouble with login in this way. I am getting Application with identifier 'xxx' was not found in the directory xxx'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant. Do you have any ideia how can i solve this? The same code used to work some months ago.

Thanks for spreading the word as well Malay. The permissions on your video are for people only working with SharePoint, but a lot of our cmdlets (I'm part of the PnP Team) also use the Graph API. Therefore, you'll need to add other permissions depending on which workload you're interacting with (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, etc...) otherwise you'll get errors for "insufficient privileges".
