I have a higher level alt but maybe this can still help you out getting a Golden Partyhat. I did the 4 quests for the quest shard which took me 45 minutes. I got the shards from combat and bossing at Arch Glacor normal mode with 0 mechanics turned on. I got the gathering shard through afk fishing. I got the artisan shard through afk firemaking. I used the agility bike in the empty throne room to get the support shard. For my last shard I got to tier 15 in the Yak Track passively while getting the other shards. I am wielding Lucky Chaotic Rapiers that are in my Keepsake Box. I unlocked my lucky version through Treasure Hunter, but another way to unlock the normal version is with 200k dung tokens. Keep in mind the lucky version has a black handle while the normal version has more of a silver handle.

guys do the quest instead of gold the quest takes 30ish minutes
I totally agree. I did all 4 quests on my alt and it took 45 minutes which is 100% worth doing to save the 30m.
