This might not be the deepest rabbit hole I've ever fallen down, but it's definitely the steepest. One minute I was listening to Dropkick Murphys, and the next thing I know, I'm reading about psychobilly on Wikipedia. I'll never be the same. Never would have listened to this in my teens. Seventies rock, then Punk/ New Wave. Love it.
Truth. The Spark man was in a buddies metal shop. Spotting fine metal shavings a thought came to him, according to his buddy, who learned this later from The Sparkster. His buddy stepped away for a short time, giving Mark time to scoop some up unbeknownst to anyone. He wanted the most distinct voice, (the thought that came to him) and ingested the shavings later that night when all alone. Starting with small portions, quickly to larger, till gone. One bloody rough week later and the rest is Sparky history. Bad ass voice that can't be touched or remotely duplicated. :)
Great version, had to play it a couple of times and each time I liked it more.
Music is about mood and nowadays about Eye entertainment as well. If one closed their eyes and listened to this, they wouldn't listen long enough to give it a chance, with eyes open, it was pretty damn good.
I really really don't give a fuck what anyone has to say about this version. I think its so fucking brilliant!

These two have good chemistry together., vocally and visually. Their voices are the sweet and savory for the ear druma plus a good-looking couple to boot. Talk about complimenting each other. Much respect to the genius who brought these two together.
