When Hank takes off the tape and the rays of light hit Walter like he's shooting him with rays of truth and justice, slowly finding out the truth and hinting that he will be the one to bring Walter into the light.
02:01 best scene ever. As Hank removes tapes the lights through the holes directly hit Walter. That means if the door would be opened then Walter will be dead. Great work BB team
Man, the last moment with Walt and Jesse in the Rv. The atmosphere of the shoe really changed in season 3. It was like way more of the show took place indoors, since they were cooking in an underground superlab. When Walt and Jesse cooked in the RV breaking bad really felt like a neo-western show, because every time walt and jesse cooked you got several great shots of the outdoors.
Funny thing is, from a standpoint of avoiding criminal liability, it almost would have been better for them to let Hank break in. It’s a textbook illegal search, and ANY evidence gathered as a result, including the lab, Walt’s overall involvement, and any information that comes from the discovery of Walt’s involvement would be thrown out as fruit of the poisonous tree. Both Jesse and Walt would have walked out of court free men with most, if not all charges dropped after the first preliminary hearing.
Walt obviously didn’t want Hank to know of his involvement in the first place though. Besides him knowing could easily lead to him finding more legal evidence to use against him
If you have a reasonable expectation evidence is about to be destroyed (such as an RV at a dump site) you can search the vehicle without probable cause/ a warrant. They should have kept Hank off with a warrant to search on the property of the landfill owner instead of the car.

1:58 I just realised that Hank DID know that there were bullet holes before removing the tape.
Hank : Are you a lawyer?
Old Joe : I could be a lawyer
Underrated comment
0:21 Hank ! don't shoot. it's me.
Credits roll
The foreshadowing of Walt being shot in the stomach!!!
My first thought
dude I haven't finished the series, thanks for the spoiler warning
@@Scootertotheshin shouldn't be watching clips on the internet. Also the series is 8 years old
@@Scootertotheshin if ur watching youtube clips of a series that has been over for nearly 10 years, then you should expect spoilers in the comments, this is just godawful decision making on you. Also, how were you not spoiled by various recommended clips that most certainly popped up when searching for/watching this video? Like my god man, there are so many layers in which you practically asked to get spoiled 😂
@@pebble312 yes that's true, but I specifically picked this video because it was season 3, I have finished season 3 and did not expect a season 5 spoiler
I love how the guy is so smart and casual about it
I never understood why the salvage yard owner didn't tell Hank to get off of his property until a warrant was obtained.
Well if Hank refuses to leave what’s the owner gonna do? Call the police on a DEA agent?
@@charlieharrington9555 Yes.
@@MensaGiraffe And then have a heap more cops crawling around the place where almost certainly other illegal activities are happening and also having Hank explain to said police officers the situation. This show is brilliant
I always loved how on Breaking Bad you underestimated characters when you first meet them and then they proved to be really useful and skilled.
Hank is that one worker who excel in his chores but his boss can't save him when needed
The owner of the junkyard learned the law from his time in Alcatraz 🤣🤣
"Fine, you want your warrant?"
*takes out warrant
*Directed by Vince Gilligan*
This was the moment old joe became a lawyer
That guy saved their asses so much.
The first time seeing this , I almost had a heart attack , this was a crazy moment!
I love the way Hank walked off scrapping the RV like Freddy Kruger 😂😂
0:34 me trying to wrestle open my uncle's CP stash
What that mean?
I remember watching this clip for the first time while doing my assignment during my US Government period in my Senior year. 2 years later, I'm binging Breaking Bad & caught up to this scene & got lost in the nostalgia, not the best year ngl, 2020 go die in a bathtub of hydrofluoric acid, but this moment really stood out to me then since my teacher loved this show, also helped that he seemed mid 20s at least & that gave me the scope of how engaging & relatable he makes his classes out to be, something a lot of teachers can learn nowadays to make their classes better.
Here i am now wishing i got to know him better since our time was limited & 2020 meant i was paying attention to a Zoom class 60% of the time, he was also had media preferences like gaming & Twitch & always made US Government less of a class & more of a engaging discussion.
Hope you're doing well, Mr. Hejl
Sincerely, Jason from the class of 2020-21
3:06 the great "was it really necessary?" look.
I wouldn't have minded an entire episode of them stuck in the RV. Fly style, could have been a great bottle episode.
Hank is actually a real good guy. He just got outsmarted by the greatest drug Lord of all time.
0:51 “HeY cArL wAssUp”
Billie Madison would say XD
One of the most tense scenes in the entire series. Pure awesome.
This is the moment Jesse was harassed in his own private domicile.
How would you know there was bullet holes if you didn't touch his property
2:02 foreshadowing where Walter gets shot
I work in the junkyard this was shot in, we still have the old yellow crusher. (It's broken)
Hank always the tough guy never calls for backup just goes in guns blazing
This is the moment the RV became a private domicile
3:02 loved Walter’s jaw drop and the “why?”😂
lol the way Hank scrapes that cane along the RV at the end killed me😂. Such great acting
In a show that is nothing but non stop anxiety, this scene was probably the most anxiety producing scene of the series!
When Hank takes off the tape and the rays of light hit Walter like he's shooting him with rays of truth and justice, slowly finding out the truth and hinting that he will be the one to bring Walter into the light.
This was the moment a vehicle became a domicile
saul goodman has been really quite since lot owner appeared on scream
I love Walts face after Jessie adds the “bitch” lmao
this is the moment where victor turned into a liquid
Hank running the crow bar on the side of the “domicile” to instill fear! Real badass uncle hank!! 😂 The show is just beautiful in direction and story.
02:01 best scene ever. As Hank removes tapes the lights through the holes directly hit Walter. That means if the door would be opened then Walter will be dead. Great work BB team
This is the moment when Jesse almost got harassed in his own private domicile
The show is mesmerizing everytime I see clips. The best cinematography I’ve seen. That dutch angle when hank is pulling the tape off is chefs kiss
Who knew that the Scrapyard owner would be a goddamned legal genius!?
He’s probably had run ins in the past. Learned a thing or two
I love how Jessie added that "bitch" at the end to make it sound like he knows what he's talking about and is not getting help from someone 😂
props to the writers 100% of the viewers had no idea how would walt escape this
Funny thing is, from a standpoint of avoiding criminal liability, it almost would have been better for them to let Hank break in.
Besides him knowing could easily lead to him finding more legal evidence to use against him
"How could you have known they were there before you took off the tape?"
Heckles: The talking RV is right
Good thing Walt didn’t have a cough attack... Mr Mayhew?
Fun fact: before issuing a warrant, the judge called Old Joe to ask him if it was legal.
If you have a reasonable expectation evidence is about to be destroyed (such as an RV at a dump site) you can search the vehicle without probable cause/ a warrant. They should have kept Hank off with a warrant to search on the property of the landfill owner instead of the car.
3:30 Hank slides the tool against the RV where he is like the twin with the axe on the ground where Hank was as a sort of "you're done for, I'm coming for you"🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
