Hi Bec and Matt, we are meeting some friends from Oz in Bali in July, and your videos are the perfect "holiday-prep". Thank you and much love and respect from the UK 👍
Thankyou for your kind words. If you see us be sure to say hello and we will take you up on that drink. Gives people choices to try different reasonably priced. Thanks again we appreciate your support.
Too funny, we eat every day at 4.30 pm in bali or at home... we always say we are going to go out later when on holidays but never do, in bed by 7.30 pm 😂 can't wait to be back there un 3 weeks... thanks for the vlog 😊
G'day again Bec and Matt. I took great interest in this video, as I'm a regular visitor to the Bemo Corner Coffee Shop and Warung Segara. Since 2015, I've been starting my days with the big breakfast at Bemo Corner. I rate their coffee as the best in Bali. Matt, what was the name of the cafe you said had the best coffee? Regarding Warung Segara, I discovered it in 2022 when I stayed two doors away at Kuta Beach Stay. This warung is a rare bird in that it sells Prost - a fantastic Balinese beer that deserves to be as popular as Bintang.
@@BecMattAdventuresKuta Beach Stay gets a big tick from me. The only reason I haven't stayed there again is because these days I like to base myself close to Jalan Bakung Sari. Here are the pros and cons of Kuta Beach Stay: Pros * Only $30 per night * Effective air-conditioning * WiFi is strong * Only a 9-minute walk to the airport Cons * No parking for a scooter - although I just parked my scooter in a nearby alley. * No pool - didn't faze me though as I prefer to swim in the ocean. * The male receptionist didn't speak any English. Overall, it's worth staying there, especially if you want a place close to the airport. The Google reviews are nearly all positive.
Yeah the price for room sounds good. I agree with you on Bukun sari for position. As I was going to stay there to try it but will try yours next time we are in Bali. Thanks for feedback.
Will need some indonesian rupiah and some stores will take credit card. Most smaller stores only take cash bigger ones take credit cards. I would say most of fixed price are cash with small amount of stores will take credit card. Hope this helps and have a great trip. Thanks for feedback.
@@BecMattAdventures thanks for reply does Two Bobs shoes take cards as we going to spend a bit and was not keen to carry so much cash.would be helpful if you can mention on your videos about payment.this is our first visit and have found your videos invaluable.you never know we may bump into you guys.we coming back again in February
