    If you are ever in Seminyak again, try the Corner House for breakfast, lunch or tea little more expensive but worth it....

    Can we use credit cards in the fixed price shops. First visit to Bali visiting Legian lane on Friday.going to Two Bobs shoes

    • @BecMattAdventures
      @BecMattAdventures  4 месяца назад +1

      Will need some indonesian rupiah and some stores will take credit card. Most smaller stores only take cash bigger ones take credit cards.
      I would say most of fixed price are cash with small amount of stores will take credit card.
      Hope this helps and have a great trip.

    G'day again Bec and Matt.
    I took great interest in this video, as I'm a regular visitor to the Bemo Corner Coffee Shop and Warung Segara. Since 2015, I've been starting my days with the big breakfast at Bemo Corner. I rate their coffee as the best in Bali. Matt, what was the name of the cafe you said had the best coffee?
    Regarding Warung Segara, I discovered it in 2022 when I stayed two doors away at Kuta Beach Stay. This warung is a rare bird in that it sells Prost - a fantastic Balinese beer that deserves to be as popular as Bintang.

      @@BecMattAdventuresKuta Beach Stay gets a big tick from me. The only reason I haven't stayed there again is because these days I like to base myself close to Jalan Bakung Sari. Here are the pros and cons of Kuta Beach Stay:
      Pros
      * Only $30 per night
      * Effective air-conditioning
      * WiFi is strong
      * Only a 9-minute walk to the airport
      Cons
      * No parking for a scooter - although I just parked my scooter in a nearby alley.
      * No pool - didn't faze me though as I prefer to swim in the ocean.
      * The male receptionist didn't speak any English.
      Overall, it's worth staying there, especially if you want a place close to the airport. The Google reviews are nearly all positive.
