I noticed a common theme: many of the ~르다 verbs can be associated with the human body: "stomach" full - 부르다 "hair" cut - 자르다 fast "feet" -빠르다 dry "mouth" -마르다 unknowing "brain" - 모르다
Therefore, when I see the conjugated (~르다) word that I don't know used in a sentence, I stand a better guess at its meaning by looking at the associated noun.
안녕하세요 선생님. This question is not actually related to the topic but hope you can answer my question, regarding to the correct pronunciation, how do you pronounce this "못 먹겠어요"?is it 몸 먹겠어요? 감사합니다 😊
제가 교수님 강의를 볼때 시간이 아주 빨리 흘러요! 이 강의를 보기 전에 '르' 문법에 대해 많이 몰랐지만 이제 잘 이해해요! 감사합니다 교수님!!
I have learnt a lot from your lessons. Thank you.

Most Koreans may pronounce that either [몬머께써요] or [몸머께써요].
