This is the perfect definition of the side character being the main character of the story. He's a side character, but the impact he leaves on the story is equal or greater than the MC. Thats what l love about arcane. The MC isn't spotlighted so much over the other characters. Each character has a role to play and they blend in with the story perfectly, tying back in to the MC's story. Arcane really utilized the rule of chekovs gun. Using every little detail in the story.

Orianna being his daughter can make so much sense since he said "i too once had a daughter" "are you preapered to lose her". Like he had to turn his daughter into something different to save her life. Just like Silco.

But the title says so, but never from the characters. His name 'Singed' is a nickname for him, a title, after he became crazy too. This. Was before he became Singed himself but slowly as to be. So his name could be the guy mentioned in Orianna's story as her father.
So singed got those face injuries from the blast of Jinx’s monkey bomb (episode 3), I didn’t noticed that before. Jinx really did made her mark on everyone and everything.

So I think that adding passive CC resistance each time he upgrade his ult would be great to keep him consistent with the other champs
He could do with a graphical update but he was the first champion designed for the game and his kit is too unique and iconic, I can't see them ever changing that

I just love how Arcane uses their character screentime so carefully. They make sure that every character to show face has an important role in the series (even if they’re side-characters) like as in Sky. In Viktor’s flashback as a kid there was a girl who was staring weirdly at him, then a mother calls for her «Sky». Already then Sky was introduced as a litte girl, and now she saved Viktor from the hexcore by sacrificing herself. Even with the bartender who got scammed but Vander helped him out at the beginning of arcane. He ends up showing up episodes after as a guy who’s on the shimmer drug, but is able to help Vi get better by telling Caitlyn. There are a lot more characters who’s also been showing up later in the show and im positive that the side characters who doesn’t have a big role, will have one in s2.
I didn't appreciate the way they handled Singed in Arcane as much the first time I watched thru the series, but seeing all these scenes again back to back have made it easier to realize how awesome of a job they did with him.
*FUN FACT:* Singed is the very first champion riot ever developed and that is one of the reasons he has been the only one across the entire game that has never been reworked during 12 years of League.
It looks to me like the show sets him up to be an actually quite empathetic guy. He clearly understands the ways other people feel and what they need, he just doesn't care to do much about it. He's mostly polite on a base level because he has no reason to be a dick, but in the end he only cares about his personal scientific progress, no matter the cost.

I think what is being addressed here is singed and victors relationship in being thdse who have survived the under city and made a life for themselves in piltover, or in singed’s case, at least tried to. the breed singed is trying to keep alive is synonymous with victors necessity to change his appearance to fit and pilt over, to change himself in order to make a living and thrive, regardless of the fact that he came from the under city. when Victor returns, it’s when he realizes the fact that he must go yet another one step further to change his physical appearance to thrive in his identity to stay in power. in arcane, a repeated motif is using the shimmer in order to gain easy and immediate access to power. The kid who bullied Vi’s group and was taken advantage of by Silco was lured in by power, and eventually took the shimmer and proved himself. Then vander does the same, using it as a crutch to make himself even stronger to fight. Speaking of "Code Vein"...a few comments had me regret having saved Eva. Her power seemed to mean the end of the Revenants. And Mido himself said, the Revenants have the power to consume both the world and themselves. It's already bad enough the moral sacrifices they would have to perform for their civilization. But of admiration for her singing, I was compassionate, since it seemed symbolic to me. As in, in the middle of the ruin, there can be survivors filled with beauty. But I still have that tiny doubt of "What if...?".
He reminds of Mido from "Code Vein", except he seems more emotionally distant. He doesn't seek to control everybody like Mido does in his plans for progress. Whatever happens during the evolutionary proccess, it happens, as long as it's not stoped. That's why I respect him more than Mido. Of course I would want to come out on top, but not like a leader. It would limit the potential of evolution.

Speaking of "Code Vein"...a few comments had me regret having saved Eva. Her power seemed to mean the end of the Revenants. And Mido himself said, the Revenants have the power to consume both the world and themselves. It's already bad enough the moral sacrifices they would have to perform for their civilization. But of admiration for her singing, I was compassionate, since it seemed symbolic to me. As in, in the middle of the ruin, there can be survivors filled with beauty.
But I still have that tiny doubt of "What if...?".

He reminds of Mido from "Code Vein", except he seems more emotionally distant. He doesn't seek to control everybody like Mido does in his plans for progress. Whatever happens during the evolutionary proccess, it happens, as long as it's not stoped. That's why I respect him more than Mido.
Of course I would want to come out on top, but not like a leader. It would limit the potential of evolution.

Yall need to realize that League and Arcane are not the same path. Arcane needed to (retcon?) change things to make the show where everyone can understand either you are league player or not.
