The Liftkit only requires rear spring perch nipple to be trimmed down slightly. As for the other kits, these require a little more work depending how low you want to go.
Yes this wouldn't be a problem at all, we do alot of vehicles exactly for this reason, towing diggers, boats, other vehicles on trailers. You would probably want to pair the suspension with a height/load levelling management rather than a pressure based management though.
