Your takes don't make any sense once so ever. The Miami Dolphins didn't take Lamar Jackson who McDaniel said doesn't fit the offense at all and Tua does because of his accuracy anticipation skills and how fast Tua processes not only the offense but the defenses that we face and that's coming from HC McDaniel himself and its been 2 seasons in a row he's said that!!! McDaniel has also said that Tua is if not one of is the smartest QB1s he's ever seen because of how fast he picks things up!!! The Miami Dolphins are going after a player you have NO clue on and I've been a Miami Dolphins fan since the 1970s.
I have an idea of who their drafting and it's NOT QB that's for sure!!! That I know for a FACT!!! Tua is our FRANCHISE QB1 Im sure of that!!!
There's only 3 QB1s that has thrown 6 touchdown passes (Bob Griese, Dan Marino, and Tua) Tua has won with 2 different HCs one DIDNT GIVE TUA COACHING NOR WEAPONS and TUA MADE THOSE WEAPONS BETTER BECAUSE WHEN THOSE WEAPONS WENT TO OTHER TEAMS THEIR NOT IN THE NFL ANYMORE EXCEPT PARKER AND GESICKI AND GESICKI'S BEST NUMBERS FOR A SEASON WAS WITH TUA!! TUA WON MORE GAMES THAN LOST HIS FIRST 2 SEASONS WITH THAT HC!!!
WITH McDaniel Tua's won more games than lost and went to his first Playoff game this past season and Tua's team had INJURIES on BOTH SIDES of the football however key INJURIES THAT WOULD HURT ANY NFL TEAM IS THE DOLPHINS HAD 6 OUT OF 9 PRO BOWLERS OUT FOR THE SEASON AND HAD PHILLIPS AND CHUBB OUT FOR THE SEASON BOTH COMBINED HAD 26 SACKS WHICH MATTERED WHEN THEY WENT AGAINST BILLS, RAVENS,CHEIFS ALL THOSE QBS SCRAMBLE!!! DOLPHINS INTERIOR OLINE WERE ALL INJURIED AND WERE PLAYING WITH THEIR 3RD STRING INTERIOR OLINE!!! NOT TO MENTION THAT THE DOLPHINS RUNNING GAME #1 IN THE NFL COULDNT RUN THE FOOTBALL AGAINST THE BILLS, RAVENS, CHEIFS BECAUSE THEIR 3RD STRING INTERIOR OLINE WAS GOING UP AGAINST THOSE TEAMS MENTIONED(Bills,Ravens,Cheifs) FIRST STRING DEFENSE!!! TUA's numbers were career numbers this past season with a 31st oline which by the way Tua has had in 3 different seasons his oline in 3 different seasons were 31st, 32nd, and 31st in the NFL and ONLY ONE HC KNEW HOW TO BAND AID IT AND THAT WAS McDaniel by using Tua's accuracy!!!
Fins Up
I don't think Wildes knows what he's looking for in QBs... The whole Mac thing really messed him up 😂
Actually he does know what he's talking about. I mean what he said was literally facts. How are you going to go after a quarterback when he's proven time and time again that he's actually rock solid and a top 10 quarterback. Let's just keep it 100%. Everybody wants to replace the quarterback if it's not Patrick Mahomes!! That narrative means to stop
@@flyguy7825 fried take. tua hasn't proven anything. they lost to every single good team last year except for 1 where they narrowly avoided losing. he can't beat literally anyone. the second the playoffs come around you know they're done. that's not "rock solid". this is the nfl, cutthroat business where you need to be an absolute winner. tua isn't even close. he's the 3rd, maybe 4th best player on his own offense.
@@flyguy7825tell that to Cowboys fans. They swear every QB they get sucks if he isn't a hall of famer and he should be traded and start over lol

Well he's not wrong. What he's saying is 100% facts, especially the whole Patrick Mahomes thing. Take away that defense take away. Travis Kelce, let's see how big of a false multiplier as I keep hearing Patrick Mahomes is
Yeah, but he failed to add they lost to the Bills twice, Eagles, Ravens, and Chiefs twice while averaging 16ppg.

@@flyguy7825”Take away all his weapons and give him a trash defense and let’s see how he does” 😂😂😂 Why are you acting like Tua has nothing, he has the best WRs and great RBs. What exactly is he missing to be able perform well against playoff teams?
Wildes held his own against BOTH Brou and Nick. Well done.
And was wrong, wildes doesn’t watch games just looks at numbers
What? No he didn’t. He wants QB wins, except when that doesn’t fit the narrative and he goes to stats like yards per attempt (which doesn’t even actually address the arm talent criticism btw). He criticized McDaniel’s coaching, but hedged when Nick asked if the patriots would take him as their QB since they’ve had QB issues since Brady left by saying Tua fits mcdaniel’s system. Nick can have some wild takes but he correctly called out Wildes’ inconsistencies in his QB eval
Lol Wildes is wildly wrong here Nick and Brou are absolutely right here. Tua is the AFC's version of Dak and Cousins a decent QB who cannot beat good playoff-caliber teams and instead beats up on tomato cans.
And himself at the end haha

All these dudes clowns. Non athletes😂
The only knock you could say that Tua has is arm strength, which is the only valid thing Klatt mentioned in his assessment....
@@princeoftech7473 Tua is a great timing guy but not a play maker. He's awesome so long as the plan plays out. But bump a receiver and get anywhere near him and he folds. He can get rid of the ball super quick. In fact he almost has to. when he holds on to the ball, he's inaccurate and makes terrible decisions.
@@memyself898 He folds so bad the other team scores 70 points. Yep, that was totally his fault. It had nothing to do with the defense. It had nothing to do with the coaching staff not being able to adapt. It was all Tua not rushing the passer and breaking up the plays..
@@Fektthis Tua throws the ball 10 yards from Hill and he goes and catches it. That's why his stats are good 😂
By the playoffs the Dolphins were down their entire starting offensive line and 5 or 6 of their front 7 on defense. Against a healthy Chiefs team at Arrowhead in 25 below weather. They had no realistic chance of winning that game
You can’t lay that at Tua’s feet. No, he’s not Patrick - nobody is. And he’s not great against consistent pass pressure. He’s a younger and slightly more athletic Jared Goff. If you want to win it all with him, nothing matters more than the offensive line.
Weather isnt an excuse
I'd rather trade him for 2 firsts and whatever else the vikings give me
@@mobrocket In the cosmic scheme of things, nothing is an excuse. No amount of attrition, no gap of talent - nothing should be allowed to excuse the loss. “The buck stops here”, etc. All well and good. I’m just saying weather was a factor, regardless of if it should have been. It’s part of the advantage of playing at home in the playoffs. The Miami Dolphins had no realistic chance to win that game. It was over before opening kickoff because they had crossed their dividing line of attrition. Every team has that line. KC crossed their line of attrition in the Super Bowl a few years ago. Lost a game they probably would have otherwise won. Is that an excuse or just the way it is? My team crossed it in the 2nd half of the Super Bowl this year. Losing Greenlaw, Brown, Feliciano, and Kittle for the overtime drive - too much to overcome. Is that an excuse or just reality?
Tua has his limitations at quarterback. Like I said, he’s a younger and slightly more athletic Jared Goff. You can win a lot of games with a quarterback like that. But you have no chance at a Super Bowl run without a great offensive line with a quarterback like that. And they don’t have one. Is that Tua’s fault that he cannot magically transform physically? I guess in the vein of no excuses allowed, it must be.
Except that Jared Goff is 4/5 inches taller. Big difference when you’re both non mobile pocket passers.
@@ddwooten1028
My point is, both teams are impacted by the weather equally
And the NFL playoffs are always in January, which is the coldest month of the year, so it's something you know and can plan for
Injuries you don't know when they will happen. You can try to plan for them some, but you are limited by the cap.
Talent gaps are going to happen, again there is a cap, but coaching can overcome a lot of that. Miami was going to lose that game mostly because of the talent gap and coaching. Injuries and weather are cop outs.
Tua isn't a great QB, he is surrounded by talent. His numbers are like Jamesis Winston's were on the Bucs, you will but up numbers even if you are average. I do think Miami should avoid paying him, if not their ceiling will be the 4th or 5th best AFC team for the next 5 years
Somewhere between baker and Josh Allen LOL
Lol mid season everyone was one tua's nuts NOW all of a sudden they think hes terrible. Wow
That's because Tua, while being a good QB, showed such egregious limitations that strong teams' defenses easily smothered Miami's offense. And for the media, if you're not in the Burrow/Allen category, you're toast.
@jeanfourcade yeah you right i agree.
@@Uso_Wakkathat terrible. Everyone lost to the chiefs
@@dorothyhunter4656 exactly my point

I can’t understand how anybody watches and compares the rest of the AFC , then looks at Tua Tagovailoa and thinks “he is on that same level, he can win playoff games, the same way, Lamar, Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, and Joe Burrow can!“
They need a serious upgrade, if they ever want to be serious about competing for a championship… Otherwise every season is going to end the way 2023 did
He’s been healthy the last 2 seasons. His medicals were good at the combine as well. Penix can throw better than Tua 100% and can ready defenses really well. Tua isn’t bad at all, I honestly just worry about the head injuries with him. Like those were some brutal concussions he had and I would be worried signing him to a long term deal.
Did Klatt imply that Tua is inaccurate and doesn't throw on time? His arm isn't even that weak. It's similar to Hurts. What is Klatt talking about?
No, more that Penix would fit more and be more dynamic in a McDaniel offence. Saying someone is a better fit doesn't mean you are trashing the existing personnel. Klatt had every right to put that forward. Especially as Tua is due to be paid, so it's a stick or twist scenario for Miami. Get a 1st round pick for Tua and get a top interior lineman and Penix and start the rebuild, and keep that cap down, or pay Tua, and hope you strike it lucky with low round picks and a slower rebuild. It's decision time for Miami
@@philwill0123Why rebuild your team is ready to win now if they beat the injury bug . Arrowhead comes to them which i believe they then could win it

No they just don't think they deserve $50 million, and I agree.
Purdy and Tua are not in the same category. Purdy immediately rose up to the very high level necessary to make this elite offense click, and did it for 2 consecutive years: passing and running. Tua can't do much once his 1st and 2nd reads are gone.

@@xtwinkiemaster17x true, that point makes sense i guess, but even if they get someone with more talent especially in the draft as a security blanket sure, but to trade him right now after a great season from him would be crazy.
First thing first so underrated bro
There has never been a better debate Show .... for longer lol
Tua, Kirk Cousins, and Dak are all in the same tier to me. Their regular seasons stats mean nothing.
None of them win playoff games, and all of them pump up their stats against the weakest opponents
None of them are worth $45-60M, but that's what a league average QB makes, these days
You will never win more than 1 playoff game with them, and you'll usually win 0 playoff games
Slightly above average QBs are the most overrated athletes in sports.
Like Peyton for 6 years....
I agree 100%. What do you make of much hyped Lawrence and Herbert ? Tnahks for your opinion, Inv.
@@jeanfourcade They are the next generation league average QB. Trevor sowed me more, in their playoff game against each other, coming back from 28-0 down.
I don't know why Harbaugh went to sa Diego over the Bears. Just a horrible decision, unless you really just wanted to work in SoCal.
@@InvestBetter. ok, thanks, Inv.
Tua is really good against bad teams and really bad against good teams
He can't handle anything throwing off his timing. He's easy to "break' defensively. And his losing record in temperatures below 72 is a huge issue.
Tua has been an issue ever since that draft, where Flores didn't get the QB he wanted, and shunted Tua. Flores is being proved right.
@@jeanfourcade being proved right? Last I checked Tua has brought this team to the playoffs twice since flores left, how many braindead comments are you gonna have on this video?
@ultravenia bro you do know he played in like 4 different offensive e schemes correct? He only played in this heavy timing based offense under Mike McDaniel. Thinking he can't handle the timing being off us just ridiculous 😂😂😂
@@ZGh0st1422 in 2022 Tua choked in his last 3 games. The backup won the playoff berth. This year Tua choked again, failing to secure the division, and in the WC game. But if that's good enough for you, so be it.
I forgot about the breakdancers that was a great bit
Wildes was fighting for his life LOL
Purdy has 4 play off wins.
Tua has zero play off wins.
Purdy plays for an NFL heavyweight. Tua plays for NFL clowns.
@@jeanfourcade Tua is the least talented skill position player on the team.
QB wins guy alert
Now do Lamar ? Kirk cousins? Burrow? Herbert?😂
@@OGBarry16 Burrow played in the Super bowl, and Herbert finally has a competent coach.
I was very impressed with what this kid Penix did at Washington. He is far more mobile and that will create havoc trying to cover all those weapons down field. Tia was horrible when plays broke down and couldn’t extend plays.
Penix is not very mobile at all and people complain about Tua’s health all the time but Penix has had quite a few major injuries the last couple years
You saying Penix is mobile is a dead giveaway that you have no idea what you're talking about
…and Penix has had no major injuries in the last couple years. He is not a runner for sure but in the right system he could shine.
Tia ? 🤣 it fits though..
Tua is not an super elite QB but he is a winner for the most part. Last year was no solely on him. Let’s face it, if the Miami D hadn’t blown the Titans game, they would have had a home game and who knows what another week in the playoffs would have done for some of the injuries they had. The Miami D had guys off the street at the end there.
That take was hilarious, nicks scream about being between baker and josh allen had me rolling, the last 2 mins of the take was great wildes the defender of QBs lol!
Yeah wildes is all over the place on his QB takes. He beat up Justin Hebert for not winning more, even though his stats were top 5 in previous seasons.
Tua has a better win loss record than Herbert
@@pablodiaz1172 overall, but herberts W/L against winning teams is better than Tua's, and what did Tua do before getting Tyreek?
As a Vikings fan, I have one thing to say to Nick’s proposal. NO! GOD! PLEASE! NO! NO!! NO!!! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Why Tua is MUCH MUCH MUCH better then what they have now and will get
Tua is better than anyone your team will put out onto the field next year. Plus, his contract isn't extended. I think you're blinded by the Tua hate, Miami ranked 31st in pass blocking last year. I think he'd surprise you, especially if all you do is watch clips of his bad throws. You can make any QB look bad by clip chimping them, I could do the opposite with all the impressive throws he has made.
There’s no way the Dolphins trade away Tua to anyone in ‘24. Maybe if Tua gets injured mid-year, and say the Dolphins do get Penix in the Draft, and Penix steps in and absolutely “balls out”, ultimately leading the Dolphins to their first playoff win in 24 years, then “yes”, I could see a Tua trade at the end of ‘24, because I think the Dolphins’ Front Office will think ‘23 was a fluke for Tua and him staying healthy for the whole season. If Tua winds up missing a chunk of games mid season in ‘25, I think the Dolphins’ “brass” do cut ties with him, particularly if Michael Penix were to “light it up” in Tua’s absence.
Wright is sporting the Sanchez hairstyle today 😂
Brock living rent free in Nick's head everyday is hilarious to me
Nick ran circles around Wildes here lmao
Not even close 😂😂
The truth is somewhere in the middle
Wildes, “Tua is really good cause he led the league in passing yards once”
Also Wildes, “Justin Herbert isn’t that good, look at QB wins”
*Herbert had the most passing yards ever through 3 years, the second most TD’s ever, the most 300 yard games ever, is top 10 all time in completion percentage and yards per game, is second in game winning drives since being drafted, first in comeback victories*
Tua has had two consecutive seasons that were better than Herbert's.
@alf1380 lol umm no.. he only had one good season... 😆 not one team would choose Tua over Herbert
@@alf1380 first of all, no. Second of all, their career numbers aren’t relatively close.
@@alf1380 the dolphins would happily trade Tua and three first rounders for Justin Herbert.
@@stevenellis99you have a brain injury
I love that they had the exact same argument they’ve been having about Purdy all year with Tua 😂😂
This is awesome
Most QBs would have 2k yards in Florida in September and October
I’m getting kinda sick of the “Tua can’t play in the cold” like the rest of the team is balling. The live and work in Miami, acting like ever since Tua got there, we’re bad in the cold is ridiculous
Dolphins are contagious at giving QBs competition. They love to sell there “Guy”
Penix and accuracy should not be in the same sentence. Inaccuracy definitely should.
