Cherry notes on the 1792 makes sense coming from Saz. No mineral notes on the Dickel goes a little against what I normally hear from them, though I don’t own any Dickel. I’ve only had the 15 year and it was definitely present.
1792 Full Proof would hit those notes you want that are a little heavier I love mine as well, I was shocked at the George Dickel BIB and not normally a Dickel fan either and its 13 years old at $50 is what I paid for it but I would definitely buy this one again.
