It's so annoying too when mainstream news and everyone starts panicking about music that is made by adults for other adults and even has the "Explicit Contents" label on it, and then talking heads all starts echoing "BUT BUT HOW ARE WE LETTING OUR CHILDREN GET EXPOSED TO THIS???", and I always just wanna ask them like... idk why are you letting your children access explicit music? Even if it's on the radio, why are you not paying attention to which age-appropriate types of music those stations are playing?

It’s always fun to tell people what certain songs make me feel, so here goes:
This song is beautiful in so many ways, I cannot even explain in full detail. The buildup, the progression, and the lack of loss over the entire vibe of the song, it’s all art.
I have always had troubles with lust, being unable to control my need for anything thing related to lust. It feels like a trap, almost as if the harder I try to run away from it, the more I fall. But this song makes me feel as if it’s okay to be lustful. To feel lust is to be desiring of the flesh, something is considered a attribute of a weak-minded person. But I accept it. Because there is a certain magic and passion that comes with lust. Desiring someone else, to the extent to where you do all you can to satisfy your needs or wants, it’s beautiful. It’s imperfect, making me a great example with the flaws, yet the uniqueness, of humanity.
I am currently figuring out what I want to do with my life. Given the fact that I am only 18, there are people that say I should know as well as people that say I still have time to figure it out. The thing is, I don’t really care for anything in particular. Everything bores me now. I have yet to experience life, but I somehow know what there is out there. Because I have depression and anxiety, my overthinking of the worst has somehow lead me to see the worst of what this world has to offer, and so it all feels dull. I have recreated so many situations in my mind and my reactions, so much so that sometimes it feels like I have already lived this life. I lived so many lives, and now I am just experiencing one of hundreds or thousands of lives.
Maybe I am suffering from insomnia, or my anxiety is kicking in again, but since the age of 8, I have never stopped thinking. As amazing as some people think that is, it’s not. I just want to live a normal life. I just want to live in the moment. But I can’t, I took that away from myself. All I can do now is create with the imagination I have, something that is not physical. That’s why I love music so much. It’s literally making something out of nothing.
This song is my life. This song is me talking to myself. I wish I had this before I lost myself.
