Just stumbled on this...Never actally heard of Eric before today. He is definitely an extremely talented player with great phrasing and great feel. Also must give credit to the person that filmed this. The picture quality and sound are amazing. Thank you.

Whoever booked a talent of this magnitude into what has to be the lamest audience I've ever seen should have been immediately fired. Most of these people seemed like they were up past their bed time
They were there to listen to some local band that they all know from the beer joints or wherever. It's 5 years later, and he's known all over the world, except not so much in the US. I love his playing and singing and I have most of his cds.

This guy is quite something! He mixes blues and hard rock, and borders into metal, for me. Unfortunate that there's no market for this music any more; he'll be in a niche category, the way big bands or ragtime are. Guitar rock isn't coming back in our lifetimes.
