1 pound of cooked corkscrew pasta
1 pound mozzarella shredded from the block
1 pound Colby Jack shredded from the block
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded from the block

I split my cheese sauce in half to do jalapeno shells and cheese

The other half medium shells

12 ounces Colby Jack
4 ounces sharp cheddar
8 ounces tomato basil Monterey Jack
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoons of salt pepper garlic powder and smoked paprika
3 tablespoons of flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
