Proud owner of Lava AGNI 5G here, their dedicated service on one time when an update gave some software glitch made me loyal customer to them, I was far away from my home and submitting phone for repair was not an option I wanted to use, if I have to buy a new phone why waste my time repairing faulty one, anyways data will be gone but the gem of service they gave they came to my hotel room with their laptops and equipment fixed my phone within 2 hours and that too free of cost damn I was left jaw dropped and happy for giving Indian brand chance and they've already launched AGNI 2 so they're regular in updating too unlike micromax which still gives rebranded phone vibes and like 1 update in 3 years in LAVA I got 5 updates in 1 year itself

Lava should stick to 15k catagory with competitive price. Rather than giving glass back & make price things, they should give good specs with good quality plastic & invest more in processor, camera & display ! Amoled device with a good processor under 15/16k will be a banger in this segment, as most of the companies are trying to go above 20k !
@@abhilashk.k9929 my phone doesn't auto update but you can check in settings software update and stop it but no problem if it gets update as their updates are safe they are not like Chinese phone update which will destroy your phone after update first of all I haf also hesitate to update but it's is safe.

Lava is currently in an orange line. Innovation alone can't help you survive for too long. Most of us 90's and before that remember Lava because we have the nostalgia feeling attached to it and maybe some of us would buy it because of it. But it most definately won't be preferred by the youngsters. Lava is extremely lucky that it has somehow managed to survive without a mass production and innovation so far but it shouldn't take it as guaranteed and instead focus on expanding.
