Why can't people just be fans of cars in general, why does it have to he Honda vs ford... I mean I have what some people would call a ricer it's a civic ej1 blacked out and lowered on coil overs with enkei rims and I love shelbys... I'm more of a fan of the older style mustangs better than the newer ones in looks wise. I just hate being on a jam video and there's always people with mustangs or Camaros or corvettes just super hating on Jim cars and then you go on a video of muscle cars and there is rarely arguments about Honda vs mustang haha just a observation

I still cannot believe before I got my 2014 GT 500 I absolutely hated This body style but now that I've had The car for a year now I absolutely adore it.

+Saphira Luxray Thats not a Honda. That is a Caddy CTS-V wagon. I wouldn't be surprised if the CTS-V would destroy the 1000 on a quarter mile. They have short gear ratios.

Saphira Luxray In top speed, yes. In a quarter, no. The wagon comes with 525hp. That one is definitely modified. Production ones don't lope like that. They have a lower gear ratio than the Shelby. Thus, it is going to accelerate a helluva lot quicker. It's not going to have the top end that the Shelby does, but the Shelby will have some hard catching up to do at the end of the track.
Saphira Luxray Infact, I'm pretty sure these are the same cars. ruclips.net/video/SFE9PrATnzE/видео.html For a HP difference of 400-450, it should pull a helluva lot more in a 60mph pull. The Shelby is an outstandingly beautiful and strong car, but it's made for top end, not acceleration.

Jacob Samson a shelby 1000 is a gt500 with 662 hp taken up to 1000 hp so yeah it is the shelby 1000 hence the badges etc.
i don't mean to be a dick but i actually live right down the road from this and I've been going there for a while and it really bummed me ou that the town of great falls almost got together and stopped cars and coffee because people were being obnoxious and speeding and doing burn outs through their town… me honestly idc i wish people weren't so suck up about it i would love to see people still do burnouts but if it means that cars and coffee wouldn't happen anymore its both worth it so to get to my point theres places to do burnouts don't be selfish and ruin it for everyone

If you have any mustang that's kinda newish you can take it to the Shelby HQ and they can tune the crap out of it.
ATLModzz The GT500 does not come from the factory with 1000 hp. From factory it makes 662. It goes to Shelby America in Las Vegas to get this done to it.
