Accounts is still in Tally ERP 9 and SAP migration is still a long and long route where in most of the Indian companies and MNC are into SAP R3. All are recently joined employees 3 to 7 months.Employee firing is fastest in Africa .Yogi need to transfer all the unemployed s to these places. The best Indian companies in Africa is Tolaram,Olam International,,Far East Mercantile,NIPCO Plc and Vista International. Rest are all seasonal traders.

Think twice before going there. Tourism is ok but not as an employee. Leaving a secure job in Mahindra or Tata and joining this guju companies is like kulhadi se pair ko marne ke barabar hoga. Barosa nahi to ask anyone working there .
